UN Global Compact
Since 2022, Welding Alloys Group has been a participant of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.
Through this commitment, we align our strategy and operations with the Ten Principles covering human rights, labour standards, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption.
As part of our participation, we submit an annual Communication on Progress (CoP), demonstrating our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
This annual reporting process enables us to consolidate environmental and sustainability data across all our subsidiaries, strengthen our global environmental strategy, and drive consistent progress throughout the Group.
By integrating the principles of the UN Global Compact into our operations, we reinforce our commitment to responsible business practices and to creating long-term sustainable value for our stakeholders.
