The automated Column & Boom welding machine is fully customisable and built for the hardfacing and cladding of large components rotated by a turntable or rotator set. The machine’s welding gun can be manipulated, and movement is controlled by the linear axis X, Y and Z including a wire feed system. The components, linear axis and wire feed module are fully automated via an integrated control system and motor drives.
