The elbow cladder machine is a heavy-duty automated welding machine that is fully customisable and designed for the internal cladding of elbows subject to high wear. The machine, combined with Welding Alloys consumables provides the ultimate solution for extending the service life of elbows used in various industries such as steel, coal, marine, mining and quarrying, oil & gas, dredging and recycling.

Component manipulation is possible with the machine via the rotary faceplate and yoke and the component, linear axis and wire feed module are fully automated via the integrated control system and motor drives.
