Our Manipulator System Welding Machine is an automated welding machine that is fully customisable. It is designed for cladding of components such as valves, crusher rolls and other types of heavy-duty equipment. The automatic machine features component rotation via the spindle arm, yoke, tilt back and manipulation in linear axis X, Y and Z, including wirefeed system. The component to be welded is supported and attached on the face plate and the process is fully automated via the integrated control system and motor drives.
