Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of Welding Alloys’ sustainability journey. Across the Group, we are continuously strengthening and structuring our CSR strategy in order to further integrate environmental, social, and ethical considerations into our operations and decision-making processes.

Our approach is built on continuous improvement, responsible business practices, and long-term value creation for our employees, customers, partners, and local communities. Through various initiatives across our subsidiaries, we aim to promote a safe, inclusive, and sustainable working environment while supporting responsible industrial development.

This commitment has already been recognized within the Group. In France, Welding Alloys was awarded a Bronze Medal at the end of 2025 with EcoVadis Certification, acknowledging the progress made in the field of CSR and sustainable performance.
