Recently, our Machines department manufactured and delivered a new automated Flat Plate Cladder machine for an existing customer in North America.
The customer had previously purchased machines from Welding Alloys and placed a new order for a Flat Plate Cladder for hardfaced plate production. The machine was delivered within a short timeframe, reflecting the efficiency of the team involved in the order.
Manufactured for heavy duty cladding work, the machine is equipped with a control system developed to manage welding patterns with a high level of accuracy. Combined with controlled axis movement and constant surface speed, this gives operators reliable control over the welding path during plate production.
For the customer, the new Flat Plate Cladder brings automated control to a process where repeatability matters. Operators can adjust welding patterns depending on plate cladding requirements, helping to reduce variation between production runs and limit post weld processing.
With previous experience of Welding Alloys machines, the customer’s latest order reflects continued confidence in our equipment.
