Curvas convencionais sem tratamento duravam entre 500 e 700 horas, gerando interven\u00e7\u00f5es frequentes de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, maior tempo de inatividade e custos cont\u00ednuos de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n<p>Testes iniciais usando m\u00e9todos alternativos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o proporcionaram apenas melhorias marginais. No entanto, ao implementar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o sob medida incorporando tecnologia de revestimento cer\u00e2mico, a Welding Alloys conseguiu estender significativamente a vida \u00fatil dos componentes, mantendo os requisitos de baixo peso cr\u00edticos para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, as curvas tratadas j\u00e1 ultrapassaram 2.500 horas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, entregando mais de quatro vezes a vida \u00fatil de componentes sem tratamento.
