Foi conduzido pela Divis\u00e3o Colombiana da Welding Alloys Panamericana em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com uma das maiores f\u00e1bricas de cimento do pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n<p>O teste consiste em analisar o desempenho e a economia entre a reforma de um moinho vertical com <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/services\/engineered-wear-services\/application-methods\/hardfacing-applications\/\">revestimento<\/a> da WA, utilizando a combina\u00e7\u00e3o Mill 100\/Mill 300, e o uso de Ferro Branco de Alto Cromo Ni-Hard em tr\u00eas rolos, sob as mesmas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>O teste ocorreu entre fevereiro de 2016 e setembro de 2017. Durante esse per\u00edodo, diversas medi\u00e7\u00f5es de desgaste foram realizadas em nove pontos diferentes em tr\u00eas rolos de moagem, registrando suas horas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de material em cada parada de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. Os dados ajudaram a comparar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o da WA com os rolos de Ferro Branco de Alto Cromo Ni-Hard.  <\/p>\n<p>Os resultados ap\u00f3s um ano mostram que, a longo prazo, os rolos reformados com Mill 100 e Mill 300 duraram mais tempo sem atingir o limite de desgaste, enquanto o Ni-Hard excedeu o limite ap\u00f3s 1.309 horas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Veja a figura. <\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dessas descobertas, o cliente agora percebe que o Ferro Branco de Alto Cromo Ni-Hard n\u00e3o \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais econ\u00f4mica a longo prazo. Na verdade, a economia nos custos de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o pode exceder o custo inicial do material da WA em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o Ferro Branco de Alto Cromo Ni-Hard. <\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, economias adicionais poderiam ser alcan\u00e7adas ao final da vida \u00fatil de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Enquanto um moinho de Ni-Hard teria que ser substitu\u00eddo, com a WA \u00e9 poss\u00edvel recuperar e reformar o moinho novamente.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
