Isso ap\u00f3s um processamento total de 1,1 milh\u00e3o de toneladas. <\/p>\n<p>Pieter du Plessis, Engenheiro de Produto do Grupo, Integra\u2122, confirmou que, embora o revestimento dos rolos <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/services\/engineered-wear-services\/application-methods\/hardfacing-applications\/millcarb\/\">Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122<\/a> tenha mostrado alguns sinais de desgaste (5-8 mm), as superf\u00edcies permaneceram lisas e n\u00e3o apresentaram \u00e1reas de alto desgaste tipicamente vistas em rolos padr\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/industry-application\/moinhos-verticais-de-rolos\/\">moinho de rolos vertical<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA primeira inspe\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em dezembro de 2020 e os resultados foram t\u00e3o impressionantes que o cliente adiou a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos rolos do <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/industry-application\/moinhos-verticais-de-rolos\/\">moinho de rolos vertical<\/a> e continuou com os rolos <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/services\/engineered-wear-services\/application-methods\/hardfacing-applications\/millcarb\/\">Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122<\/a> pelo ano seguinte\u201d, disse o Gerente de Integra\u2122 &amp; Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o na Welding Alloys (Far East) Sdn.
