Bhd. (WAFE) realizou com sucesso servi\u00e7os de <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/services\/engineered-wear-services\/application-methods\/hardfacing-applications\/\">revestimento<\/a> in situ para o maior moinho de cru FLSmidth OK54-6 do mundo na PT Semen Padang Indon\u00e9sia, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 a f\u00e1brica de cimento mais antiga da Indon\u00e9sia (fundada em 1910).   <\/p>\n<p>O projeto foi concedido aos Servi\u00e7os Integra\u2122 da WAFE ap\u00f3s um processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o competitiva. A equipe de gest\u00e3o do projeto foi liderada por Marc Landragin, com suporte t\u00e9cnico fornecido por Barry Prout. A WAFE tamb\u00e9m contou com o apoio de Les Whitmore para suporte t\u00e9cnico das m\u00e1quinas e de nosso distribuidor local, Sr. Febrinansyah da PT Metrindo Primatama. Depositamos mais de 13 toneladas de arames de revestimento com a ajuda de 10 m\u00e1quinas de soldagem autom\u00e1ticas Multisurfacer\u2122 da Welding Alloys, tudo dentro do prazo acordado.   <\/p>\n<p>O forte trabalho em equipe entre todas as partes interessadas garantiu a execu\u00e7\u00e3o tranquila do projeto, resultando em um cliente muito satisfeito com a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os Integra\u2122 fornecida. Ap\u00f3s dois meses em opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa de desgaste do FLSmidth OK54-6 apresentou bons resultados, conforme os requisitos\/meta do cliente, que servir\u00e1 como refer\u00eancia para outros.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
