Embora o procedimento de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o seja padr\u00e3o, a formula\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica \u00e9 exclusiva, tornando este metal de adi\u00e7\u00e3o compat\u00edvel com os seguintes dois processos: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soldagem a arco aberto<\/li>\n<li>Soldagem a arco submerso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A vers\u00e3o padr\u00e3o deste arame \u00e9 oferecida em um di\u00e2metro de 2,0 mm. O arame tubular TRI S RW pode ser usado para uma infinidade de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em redes ferrovi\u00e1rias urbanas; esta \u00e9 a \u00fanica solu\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para todas as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de soldagem em trilhos ranhurados. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uni\u00e3o de trilhos ranhurados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A soldagem aluminot\u00e9rmica tem sido o processo mais amplamente utilizado para montagem de trilhos h\u00e1 muitos anos. No entanto, a soldagem por centelhamento tamb\u00e9m provou seu valor e agora \u00e9 uma pr\u00e1tica cada vez mais comum. <\/p>\n<p>Embora esses dois processos de soldagem estejam bem estabelecidos e ofere\u00e7am v\u00e1rias vantagens, os usu\u00e1rios finais agora buscam uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o alternativa que seja mais econ\u00f4mica, menos trabalhosa e\/ou mais ecol\u00f3gica. A flexibilidade de uso do arame tubular autoprotegido TRI S RW atende a esses requisitos. <\/p>\n<p>O uso de arames tubulares autoprotegidos (que n\u00e3o requerem g\u00e1s de prote\u00e7\u00e3o adicional) \u00e9 comum em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de soldagem ao ar livre.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, a soldagem a arco aberto \/ uni\u00e3o de trilhos ranhurados requer o uso de um arame tubular autoprotegido espec\u00edfico &#8211; um com teor mineral controlado. Isso \u00e9 para garantir uma junta soldada sem defeitos de compacidade (inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria em particular). <\/p>\n<p>O TRI S RW foi desenvolvido com isso em mente. O teor de esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 controlado e suas caracter\u00edsticas s\u00e3o dominadas para tolerar a soldagem cont\u00ednua de trilhos ranhurados com baixos valores entre camadas (20 &#8211; 25 mm em semiautom\u00e1tico) e visibilidade no fundo da ranhura de soldagem. <\/p>\n<p>Na aus\u00eancia de uma norma que rege a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de testes para soldagem a arco aberto de trilhos ranhurados. A norma referida \u00e9 a norma NF EN 16771 (Soldagem aluminot\u00e9rmica de trilhos ranhurados). Os testes de laborat\u00f3rio, e em particular os testes de dobramento lento, atendem aos requisitos.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Revestimento de \u00e1reas desgastadas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O aumento do uso de redes ferrovi\u00e1rias urbanas leva ao desgaste dos trilhos e sistemas. Portanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio realizar reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o e revestimento. <\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, ao instalar novos desvios, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que os trilhos circundantes estejam nivelados. Para isso, recomenda-se o uso do arame tubular TRI S RW. <\/p>\n<p>O grau deste arame tubular, austen\u00edtico com Cromo-N\u00edquel-Mangan\u00eas, permite uma alta toler\u00e2ncia \u00e0 dilui\u00e7\u00e3o com o metal base (por exemplo, R260), ao mesmo tempo que possui a capacidade de endurecer proporcionalmente \u00e0 carga nas rodas do bonde.<\/p>\n<p>Este mesmo procedimento de reparo por revestimento a arco aberto pode ser aplicado em caso de desgaste local prematuro, como lascamento \/ rachadura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revestimento de curvas por soldagem &#8211; resistente ao desgaste e ao ru\u00eddo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DESGASTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O desgaste por fric\u00e7\u00e3o metal-metal \u00e9 particularmente encontrado em curvas. Onde o contato roda-trilho \u00e9 mais importante. As \u00e1reas que apresentam forte desgaste devem ent\u00e3o ser restauradas. Para n\u00e3o interromper o tr\u00e1fego, a grande maioria das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de revestimento por soldagem \u00e9 realizada quando os bondes est\u00e3o parados (ou seja, durante a noite).   <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 ent\u00e3o necess\u00e1rio poder realizar o revestimento por soldagem no n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de zonas no m\u00ednimo de tempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCESSOS DE SOLDAGEM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A soldagem a arco com arame tubular autoprotegido, bem como a soldagem a arco submerso, s\u00e3o comumente utilizadas.<\/p>\n<p>A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de arco submerso \u00e9 frequentemente preferida pelas seguintes raz\u00f5es: aumento da produtividade devido a uma alta taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o; boa apar\u00eancia do cord\u00e3o; facilidade de uso para os operadores, arco n\u00e3o vis\u00edvel (conforto e seguran\u00e7a para os residentes) e rastreabilidade autom\u00e1tica das tarefas com precis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, quando os riscos de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de umidade do fluxo s\u00e3o significativos (devido \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas), pode ent\u00e3o valer a pena considerar a soldagem a arco com arame tubular autoprotegido. Isso tamb\u00e9m aliviar\u00e1 a carga na m\u00e1quina de soldagem. <\/p>\n<p>Erroneamente, o revestimento a arco submerso \u00e9 frequentemente feito usando arames s\u00f3lidos de grande di\u00e2metro (3,2 mm e\/ou 4,0 mm). No entanto, o uso de um arame tubular TRI S RW de di\u00e2metro 2,0 mm (em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com o fluxo apropriado WAF415) oferece muito mais vantagens por concep\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>De fato, quase toda a corrente de soldagem passa pela periferia (a fita), ao contr\u00e1rio do arame s\u00f3lido onde toda a se\u00e7\u00e3o do arame \u00e9 utilizada.<\/p>\n<p>A partir disso, duas leis fundamentais de soldagem podem ser apresentadas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Na mesma intensidade, o uso de um arame tubular permitir\u00e1 uma taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o mais alta (at\u00e9 o dobro) porque o arame tubular derrete mais r\u00e1pido que o arame s\u00f3lido.<\/li>\n<li>A uma taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o equivalente, um arame tubular exigir\u00e1 menos aporte t\u00e9rmico (energia de soldagem).<\/li>\n<li>No caso de revestimento preventivo por soldagem de trilhos na oficina, trabalhar com um arame tubular de di\u00e2metro 2,0 mm limitar\u00e1 o aporte t\u00e9rmico sem reduzir a taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso limitar\u00e1 a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do trilho. Portanto, uma certa economia de tempo ser\u00e1 alcan\u00e7ada na etapa de endireitamento. No local, no caso de revestimento sucessivo em uma curva, as tens\u00f5es residuais (longitudinais) se acumulam. Isso amplifica o fen\u00f4meno de ruptura observado no n\u00edvel das soldas entre trilhos (zonas de heterogeneidade metal\u00fargica). Essas rupturas n\u00e3o ocorrem necessariamente instantaneamente ap\u00f3s o revestimento. Na verdade, na maioria das vezes elas aparecem em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de inverno, quando os trilhos se retraem. \u00c9 fortemente recomendado limitar a energia de soldagem nessas por\u00e7\u00f5es para evitar reparos ap\u00f3s o revestimento por soldagem. Dito isso, na maioria dos casos, buscaremos desempenho. Al\u00e9m disso, o uso de um arame tubular de di\u00e2metro 2,0 mm dobrar\u00e1 as taxas de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o (em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com um arame s\u00f3lido de di\u00e2metro 3,2 mm). <strong>METALURGIA DE SOLDAGEM<\/strong> Os graus de trilhos mudaram consideravelmente nos \u00faltimos anos. Consequentemente, os fabricantes de a\u00e7o agora est\u00e3o oferecendo solu\u00e7\u00f5es que possibilitam estender o tempo antes da necessidade de reconstruir os trilhos, aumentando assim a vida \u00fatil das redes ferrovi\u00e1rias.\n<p>Independentemente do grau de trilhos ranhurados utilizados, o equivalente de carbono \u00e9 relativamente alto. Al\u00e9m disso, para evitar o risco de fissura\u00e7\u00e3o a frio na zona afetada pelo calor (descolamento em servi\u00e7o), \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio tomar certas precau\u00e7\u00f5es durante as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de revestimento por soldagem. <\/p>\n<p>Para limitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma estrutura 100% martens\u00edtica na zona afetada pelo calor, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos seguintes dois fatores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temperatura de pr\u00e9-aquecimento (e p\u00f3s-aquecimento)<\/li>\n<li>Energia de soldagem \/ aporte t\u00e9rmico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de &#8220;local&#8221;, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9-aquecimento nem sempre \u00e9 f\u00e1cil. Isso ocorre porque o material de enchimento das se\u00e7\u00f5es de preenchimento (pol\u00edmero) \u00e9 sens\u00edvel \u00e0 temperatura. Para limitar o risco de danos, a temperatura de pr\u00e9-aquecimento \u00e9 frequentemente limitada a 80-150 \u00b0C.  <\/p>\n<p>A uma taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o equivalente, o uso de um arame tubular em vez de um arame s\u00f3lido possibilita reduzir o aporte t\u00e9rmico (energia kJ\/mm). Isso ter\u00e1 dois efeitos imediatos: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limitar a \u00e1rea afetada pelo calor. O fen\u00f4meno de t\u00eampera da ZAC ser\u00e1, portanto, limitado. <\/li>\n<li>Limitar o risco de danificar o pol\u00edmero devido ao aporte t\u00e9rmico reduzido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O perfil de revestimento por soldagem \u00e9 tal que os passes superiores t\u00eam o efeito de tratar termicamente as \u00e1reas afetadas pelo calor dos passes anteriores (t\u00e9cnica de revenimento por cord\u00e3o \/ autorrevenimento dos passes). Por esse motivo, recomenda-se fazer um cord\u00e3o final no topo do dep\u00f3sito de solda. <\/p>\n<p>Este cord\u00e3o \u00e9 chamado de &#8220;sacrificial&#8221; porque seu \u00fanico papel \u00e9 garantir a conclus\u00e3o do revenimento da zona termicamente afetada do cord\u00e3o anterior. Ele \u00e9 removido por esmerilhamento durante o acabamento. <\/li>\n<li>A realiza\u00e7\u00e3o deste cord\u00e3o de solda sacrificial deve seguir um procedimento preciso. Al\u00e9m disso, seu posicionamento, bem como a dimens\u00e3o do cord\u00e3o, devem ser precisos. \u00c9 imperativo que este cord\u00e3o esteja a 3 mm de dist\u00e2ncia do metal base, caso contr\u00e1rio n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00fatil. \u00c9 aqui que o uso do arame tubular TRI S RW \u00f82 mm oferece flexibilidade operacional suficiente para alcan\u00e7ar a geometria perfeita sem defeitos de soldagem, como flacidez.
