Tr\u00eas rolos cer\u00e2micos para moagem de mat\u00e9ria-prima n\u00e3o atingiram o per\u00edodo de garantia, resultando na queda da capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o (veja a foto 1 da Galeria). A primeira solu\u00e7\u00e3o seria importar novos rolos de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas isso levaria pelo menos 3 meses, incluindo a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, o que representava um tempo excessivo para operar o moinho de forma ineficiente. A segunda alternativa era reparar mossas\/lascamentos locais at\u00e9 a chegada dos novos rolos, o que tentaram reparar por conta pr\u00f3pria, mas sem sucesso.   <\/p>\n<p>O cliente contatou a Vega (o fabricante), mas a Vega n\u00e3o possu\u00eda experi\u00eancia em soldagem e n\u00e3o p\u00f4de fornecer suporte; por isso, a WAVN foi chamada para ajud\u00e1-los. Nossa primeira abordagem resultou no surgimento de novas trincas no rolo base (foto 2 da Galeria).<br \/>\nA WAVN realizou a an\u00e1lise de causa raiz e descobriu que as trincas se deviam ao superaquecimento. O moinho estava dispon\u00edvel para soldar apenas 3 horas por dia, portanto, os soldadores soldaram com par\u00e2metros m\u00e1ximos para vencer a janela de tempo limitada. <\/p>\n<p>Em uma segunda abordagem, otimizamos todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de soldagem para chegar a um resultado satisfat\u00f3rio (foto 3 da Galeria).<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, conclu\u00edmos o trabalho em 20 dias (de 24\/10 a 17\/11) ou 240 horas de trabalho \u00e1rduo, e aumentamos a produtividade de 60 % para 95 %.
