Os arames de revestimento de carboneto de cromo (como HCO) fornecem alta resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o, mas s\u00e3o limitados \u00e0 soldagem em posi\u00e7\u00e3o. O mercado ent\u00e3o teve que se contentar em usar arames tipo a\u00e7o-ferramenta fora de posi\u00e7\u00e3o (ou seja, LP-G) ou eletrodos revestidos de carboneto de cromo. Os arames tipo a\u00e7o-ferramenta forneceram as capacidades fora de posi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas careciam de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o. Os eletrodos revestidos de carboneto de cromo forneceram a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria, mas s\u00e3o mais caros e menos eficientes do que os arames de revestimento.    <\/p>\n<p>A Welding Alloys USA atendeu \u00e0 demanda do mercado desenvolvendo o HARDFACE H CP-O 1\/16&#8243; (1,6 mm). O <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/produto\/hardface-hcp-o\/\">HARDFACE HCP-O<\/a> \u00e9 um verdadeiro arame de carboneto de cromo projetado para fora de posi\u00e7\u00e3o de carbonetos prim\u00e1rios duros em uma matriz austen\u00edtica resistente, adequado para revestimento de componentes sujeitos a desgaste abrasivo severo e impacto moderado. O HARDFACE HCP-O 1\/16&#8243; pode ser soldado em posi\u00e7\u00e3o plana, tubo ID, tubo OD e fora de posi\u00e7\u00e3o em (mas n\u00e3o limitado a) horizontal, sobrecabe\u00e7a, vertical descendente e vertical ascendente. A soldagem em posi\u00e7\u00e3o plana e horizontal pode ser feita com qualquer tipo de transfer\u00eancia de arco. Para soldagem vertical e sobrecabe\u00e7a, recomenda-se que o modo de arco seja transfer\u00eancia por curto-circuito.   <\/p>\n<p>A WA USA aceitou o desafio propondo um arame que atende perfeitamente \u00e0s expectativas do mercado atual!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
