O triturador estava em p\u00e9ssimo estado, e o cliente reconheceu que precisaria de arames de soldagem avan\u00e7ados para realizar o reparo. Eles sabiam que a Welding Alloys estava bem posicionada para oferecer uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz, mas necessitavam de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o na escolha do produto adequado para atender \u00e0s necessidades espec\u00edficas do triturador. A Welding Alloys foi convidada a visitar o local e avaliar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o pessoalmente e, ao chegar, o problema ficou evidente. O triturador havia sofrido danos extensos em toda a sua estrutura, mais especificamente nas l\u00e2minas fixadas ao corpo principal. Com o tempo, a a\u00e7\u00e3o abrasiva das part\u00edculas de res\u00edduos e os efeitos corrosivos de seus res\u00edduos \u00e1cidos culminaram na desfigura\u00e7\u00e3o total das l\u00e2minas, resultando em uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dr\u00e1stica da efici\u00eancia geral e da vida \u00fatil do triturador.     <\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, v\u00e1rios concorrentes tentaram resolver o problema por meio de diversos reparos no local. Infelizmente, esses esfor\u00e7os foram inadequados e superficiais, envolvendo soldagem que apenas mascarou os problemas vis\u00edveis na superf\u00edcie das l\u00e2minas sem abordar a causa raiz. Essa abordagem apenas adiou o inevit\u00e1vel, permitindo que o problema subjacente se agravasse.  <\/p>\n<p>Devido a esse problema ter sido deixado sem gest\u00e3o por tanto tempo, o problema persistiu, transformando a base das l\u00e2minas de retangular e robusta em uma estrutura fina e inst\u00e1vel em forma de V. Essa mudan\u00e7a fez com que res\u00edduos n\u00e3o triturados se acumulassem e circulassem no espa\u00e7o na base em vez de serem triturados conforme o previsto, causando danos irrepar\u00e1veis \u00e0 caixa de engrenagens e, como resultado, aumentando severamente os custos finais de reparo e o tempo de inatividade geral da m\u00e1quina. <\/p>\n<p>Reconhecendo a necessidade de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais robusta para seu problema, a JTC Welding &amp; Engineering decidiu colaborar com a Welding Alloys. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o proposta envolveu uma reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o completa do triturador, come\u00e7ando com a remo\u00e7\u00e3o completa das l\u00e2minas antigas do eixo usando uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de goivagem a arco de ar e oxicombust\u00edveis para remover as pe\u00e7as desgastadas do eixo. A JTC Welding &amp; Engineering encomendou novas l\u00e2minas fabricadas e ferramentas de um fabricante do Reino Unido. A Welding Alloys forneceu apoio no fornecimento do arame de revestimento mais adequado para a tarefa. O <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/product\/robodur-k-650-g\/\">ROBODUR K 650<\/a>, um de nossos arames sem costura revestidos de cobre mais vendidos, foi identificado como o consum\u00edvel ideal para esta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o para proteger o triturador contra o desgaste. O revestimento foi realizado usando o arame ROBODUR, melhorando significativamente a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o e oferecendo uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz para suportar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais exigentes do triturador. Al\u00e9m disso, para todas as soldas de filete preparadas em V, o cliente aplicou o arame tubular sem costura <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/pt-br\/produto\/robofil-r-71\/\">ROBOFIL R 71+<\/a> da Welding Alloys, para garantir a mais alta integridade e qualidade de cada solda necess\u00e1ria para o reparo.
