Bien que ce mat\u00e9riau s\u2019inscrive dans une d\u00e9marche de d\u00e9veloppement durable en mati\u00e8re de construction routi\u00e8re, sa densit\u00e9 et ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s abrasives cr\u00e9ent des conditions d\u2019usure difficiles au sein des \u00e9quipements de concassage et de traitement.<\/p>\n<h2>Limites de la conception pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente<\/h2>\n<p>La t\u00f4le de base du rotor \u00e9tait auparavant fabriqu\u00e9e en acier r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l\u2019abrasion et prot\u00e9g\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide de blocs de renfort soud\u00e9s et de motifs de rechargement dur suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>En cours de fonctionnement, les reliefs cr\u00e9\u00e9s par les blocs de renfort et les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de soudure g\u00eanaient les composants d\u2019usure en rotation. Ces composants pouvaient s\u2019accrocher \u00e0 la surface irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re, provoquant la d\u00e9chirure et la d\u00e9formation de la t\u00f4le de base. Au fil du temps, la t\u00f4le a subi de graves dommages structurels et n\u2019\u00e9tait plus en mesure d\u2019assurer une protection stable et constante.<\/p>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9faillances r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es ont entra\u00een\u00e9 plusieurs difficult\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles pour le producteur d\u2019enrob\u00e9s, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des temps d\u2019arr\u00eat impr\u00e9vus des \u00e9quipements<\/li>\n<li>Le remplacement fr\u00e9quent de composants<\/li>\n<li>Une augmentation des d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es aux pi\u00e8ces de rechange<\/li>\n<li>Une fiabilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle r\u00e9duite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une approche diff\u00e9rente s\u2019imposait donc : une solution capable d\u2019assurer une protection compl\u00e8te contre l\u2019usure tout en \u00e9liminant les zones sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es responsables des dommages m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n<h2>Une solution Hard<em>plate<\/em>\u2122 monobloc<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une \u00e9valuation de l\u2019application et de ses principaux m\u00e9canismes d\u2019usure, Welding Alloys a repens\u00e9 le composant en utilisant une seule pi\u00e8ce de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/fr\/services\/toles-dusure-tubes-et-composants\/toles-composites-anti-usure\/hardplate\/?utm_source=newsletter+article+fr&amp;utm_medium=barmac+rotor+article&amp;utm_campaign=wear+plate+article\">Hardplate\u2122 100<\/a><strong> dans une configuration 20+5 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/fr\/services\/toles-dusure-tubes-et-composants\/toles-composites-anti-usure\/hardplate\/?utm_source=newsletter+article+fr&amp;utm_medium=barmac+rotor+article&amp;utm_campaign=wear+plate+article\">Hardplate\u2122 100<\/a> est une t\u00f4le composite anti-usure con\u00e7ue pour offrir une protection contre l\u2019abrasion s\u00e9v\u00e8re et les chocs mod\u00e9r\u00e9s.
