Selon l&#8217;application, la composition interne du fil peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e pour obtenir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s cibl\u00e9es, telles qu&#8217;une analyse chimique et une duret\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques, tout en tenant compte de la chimie du m\u00e9tal de base et du nombre de couches d\u00e9pos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cette technologie permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9velopper des fils fourr\u00e9s pour une large gamme de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et d&#8217;applications de soudage, notamment le soudage \u00e0 l&#8217;arc avec fil fourr\u00e9 sans gaz (FCAW-S) et sous protection gazeuse (FCAW-G), le soudage \u00e0 l&#8217;arc sous flux (SAW) et les applications de soudage laser.<\/p>\n<p>Deux principaux types de fils fourr\u00e9s sont couramment utilis\u00e9s dans l&#8217;industrie : les fils fourr\u00e9s pinc\u00e9s et les fils fourr\u00e9s tubulaires.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les fils fourr\u00e9s pinc\u00e9s sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un feuillard en acier form\u00e9, rempli de poudre avant la fermeture du fil. Cette conception \u00e9tanche permet de r\u00e9duire l&#8217;absorption d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 et la captation d&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la stabilit\u00e9 au stockage, la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du d\u00e9vidage et la fiabilit\u00e9 du soudage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec les fils fourr\u00e9s, qu&#8217;ils soient pinc\u00e9s ou tubulaires, la majeure partie du courant traverse l&#8217;enveloppe m\u00e9tallique externe du fil fourr\u00e9. Cela augmente la densit\u00e9 de courant et permet au fil de chauffer et de fondre plus efficacement qu&#8217;un fil plein de m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, ces caract\u00e9ristiques permettent aux fils fourr\u00e9s d&#8217;atteindre des taux de d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e9lev\u00e9s, un comportement d&#8217;arc stable et des conditions de soudage
