Les travaux comprenaient la r\u00e9paration et le rechargement dur des rouleaux pinceurs sup\u00e9rieurs et inf\u00e9rieurs utilis\u00e9s dans la ligne de laminage.<\/p>\n<p>Les rouleaux pinceurs\u00a0 jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le processus de laminage \u00e0 chaud pour guider et contr\u00f4ler la bande d&#8217;acier lors de son passage dans la ligne de production. Fonctionnant \u00e0 des hautes temp\u00e9ratures et soumis \u00e0 des charges m\u00e9caniques importantes, ces composants sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une usure s\u00e9v\u00e8re. Pour maintenir les performances et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la production, une protection efficace contre l\u2019usure et une remise \u00e0 neuf r\u00e9guli\u00e8re sont indispensables.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet comprenait la remise \u00e0 neuf et le placage des rouleaux pinceurs sup\u00e9rieurs et inf\u00e9rieurs. Chaque rouleau a fait l&#8217;objet d&#8217;un processus de r\u00e9paration et de placage soigneusement contr\u00f4l\u00e9, con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9tablir la forme requise des rouleaux tout en am\u00e9liorant leur r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;usure.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus comprenait l&#8217;inspection et la pr\u00e9paration de la surface du rouleau, suivies d&#8217;un pr\u00e9-usinage et d&#8217;essais non destructifs. Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9chauffage, plusieurs couches de soudure ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de consommables de soudage de placage de Welding Alloys afin de r\u00e9aliser la reconstruction et le placage de la surface du rouleau. Un traitement thermique post-soudage et une inspection compl\u00e9mentaire ont permis de garantir l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du rev\u00eatement, avant l&#8217;usinage final, la v\u00e9rification de la duret\u00e9 et l&#8217;\u00e9quilibrage dynamique, puis la remise en service des rouleaux.<\/p>\n<p>La solution de rev\u00eatement comprenait des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/fr\/application\/consommables-de-soudage-de-rechargement\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=FR+Steel+article&amp;utm_campaign=FR+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">consommables Welding Alloys<\/a>, combinant des couches tampons, de reconstitution et r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l&#8217;usure, con\u00e7ues pour fonctionner dans les conditions d&#8217;exploitation types de la production d&#8217;acier par laminage \u00e0 chaud.<\/p>\n<p>La surveillance op\u00e9rationnelle des cylindres remis \u00e0 neuf a donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats tr\u00e8s positifs. Les mesures effectu\u00e9es avant et apr\u00e8s les campagnes de production ont montr\u00e9 une usure minimale malgr\u00e9 le traitement de volumes importants d&#8217;acier.
