Ce projet, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec le soutien d&#8217;autres filiales de Welding Alloys bas\u00e9es en Am\u00e9rique, consistait \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre d&#8217;importants probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;usure sur des refroidisseurs \u00e0 satellites. Un satellite, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 refroidisseur plan\u00e9taire, utilise plusieurs tubes de refroidissement dispos\u00e9s autour du four rotatif. Lorsque le four tourne, l&#8217;air refroidit le clinker chaud qui circule dans ces tubes. Au cours de ce processus, les tubes sont soumis \u00e0 l&#8217;usure. Une remise \u00e0 neuf s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e n\u00e9cessaire apr\u00e8s qu&#8217;une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration importante a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e lors de la maintenance pr\u00e9vue du four \u00e0 clinker, o\u00f9 une usure anormale affectait plusieurs refroidisseurs \u00e0 satellites. L&#8217;\u00e9tendue des dommages a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 le remplacement complet des douze unit\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9tablir le fonctionnement s\u00fbr et efficace du four.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la solution, le projet comprenait la fourniture de 42 t\u00f4les anti-usure <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/fr\/services\/toles-dusure-tubes-et-composants\/toles-composites-anti-usure\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> 2+3 mm, ainsi que des services de fabrication et d&#8217;assemblage. <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/fr\/services\/toles-dusure-tubes-et-composants\/toles-composites-anti-usure\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour sa haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion et sa construction l\u00e9g\u00e8re, des caract\u00e9ristiques cl\u00e9s qui le rendent parfaitement adapt\u00e9 aux conditions de fonctionnement difficiles du four.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9paration \u00e9tait urgente; le calendrier \u00e9tait serr\u00e9 et ne laissait gu\u00e8re de place au retard. Afin de garantir le bon d\u00e9roulement du projet, Reptec a collabor\u00e9 avec les \u00e9quipes de plusieurs filiales de Welding Alloys pour identifier les stocks disponibles, se procurer les t\u00f4les n\u00e9cessaires aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs sites et tout rassembler \u00e0 temps pour l&#8217;exp\u00e9dition.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant que les t\u00f4les recharg\u00e9es <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/fr\/services\/toles-dusure-tubes-et-composants\/toles-composites-anti-usure\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> \u00e9taient en transit, les travaux pr\u00e9paratoires ont commenc\u00e9 dans un atelier r\u00e9gional, o\u00f9 les structures externes des refroidisseurs satellites ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de t\u00f4les d&#8217;acier lamin\u00e9es A-36. Cette approche a permis de garantir que la production puisse d\u00e9marrer imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e des t\u00f4les recharg\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s leur livraison, les t\u00f4le <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/fr\/services\/toles-dusure-tubes-et-composants\/toles-composites-anti-usure\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cintr\u00e9es au diam\u00e8tre sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9, d\u00e9coup\u00e9es \u00e0 la taille voulue et form\u00e9es en rev\u00eatements internes, qui ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 soud\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des coques ext\u00e9rieures pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es afin de cr\u00e9er des tubes de refroidissement enti\u00e8rement rev\u00eatus. Les douze refroidisseurs satellites ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro, achev\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9lais et install\u00e9s sur le four rotatif.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet met en \u00e9vidence la combinaison des capacit\u00e9s des produits Welding Alloys, de son expertise technique et du soutien coordonn\u00e9 de ses filiales.
