L&#8217;application concernait le syst\u00e8me de transport pneumatique de d\u00e9chets. Ces syst\u00e8mes sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une abrasion continue, en particulier au niveau des coudes et les r\u00e9ductions o\u00f9 le flux de mati\u00e8re change de direction.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es, le client avait utilis\u00e9 des tubes en Ni-Hard, qui devaient \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s fr\u00e9quemment en raison de leur usure rapide. En 2022, il a contact\u00e9 Welding Alloys afin de trouver une solution plus robuste et plus durable qui r\u00e9duirait les temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat et am\u00e9liorerait l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de ses op\u00e9rations de maintenance. Notre r\u00e9paration a permis d&#8217;augmenter la dur\u00e9e de vie et de r\u00e9duire la fr\u00e9quence de remplacement des composants dans ces zones \u00e0 forte usure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une alternative \u00e9prouv\u00e9e au Ni-Hard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le client a contact\u00e9 Welding Alloys au sujet du probl\u00e8me, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 travailler sur le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une solution soud\u00e9e capable d&#8217;offrir une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue. Une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;essais sur site et de tests de qualification ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s afin de confirmer les performances m\u00e9caniques et l&#8217;ad\u00e9quation op\u00e9rationnelle du rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier tube soud\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 apr\u00e8s des essais concluants et continue de fonctionner \u00e0 pleine charge. Une inspection ult\u00e9rieure a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des fissures \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur de la zone de soudage, tandis que le rev\u00eatement restait intact, confirmant la robustesse de la solution soud\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soudage robotis\u00e9 in situ pour une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de tuyau complexe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le composant r\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e9tait un coude form\u00e9 par induction, une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie qui pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fis pour une protection interne coh\u00e9rente. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me de soudage robotis\u00e9, un rev\u00eatement interne uniforme a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 sur toute la courbure du tuyau.
