Chaque remplacement entra\u00eenait deux jours d\u2019arr\u00eat complets de la production, ce qui avait un impact direct sur le d\u00e9bit et augmentait consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, Greenworld s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Welding Alloys.<\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/fr\/services\/prestations-de-services-integra\/services-integra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integra\u2122<\/a> Services, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la protection contre l\u2019usure, a collabor\u00e9 \u00e9troitement avec Greenworld pour d\u00e9velopper une solution de rechargement dur sur mesure. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de nos fils fourr\u00e9s de soudage fabriqu\u00e9s en interne, nous avons remis \u00e0 neuf plusieurs cisailles us\u00e9es et les avons remises en service pour un essai contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 242 heures de fonctionnement, les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient probants. Les cisailles remises \u00e0 neuf pr\u00e9sentaient beaucoup moins d\u2019usure que les versions d\u2019origine (OE). Le profil d\u2019origine des cisailles, en particulier au niveau de la pointe coupante, \u00e9tait parfaitement pr\u00e9serv\u00e9, garantissant ainsi le maintien des performances de coupe.<\/p>\n<p>La conservation de la forme des cisailles est essentielle. Lorsque les pointes s\u2019usent, les mat\u00e9riaux doivent repasser une seconde fois dans le broyeur, ce qui ralentit la production et augmente la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie.
