Le broyeur \u00e9tait en mauvais \u00e9tat et le client a reconnu qu&#8217;il aurait besoin de Fils de soudage avanc\u00e9s pour effectuer la r\u00e9paration. Il savait que Welding Alloys \u00e9tait bien plac\u00e9 pour offrir une solution efficace, mais il avait besoin d&#8217;\u00eatre guid\u00e9 dans le choix du bon produit pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du broyeur. Welding Alloys a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 se rendre sur le site pour \u00e9valuer la situation en personne et, d\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e, le probl\u00e8me est apparu clairement. Le broyeur avait subi d&#8217;importants dommages sur l&#8217;ensemble de sa surface, et plus particuli\u00e8rement sur les lames fix\u00e9es au corps principal. Au fil du temps, l&#8217;action abrasive des particules de d\u00e9chets et les effets corrosifs de leurs r\u00e9sidus acides ont abouti \u00e0 la d\u00e9figuration totale des lames, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une diminution drastique de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 globale et de la dur\u00e9e de vie du broyeur.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, plusieurs concurrents ont tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me en effectuant diverses r\u00e9parations sur place. Malheureusement, ces efforts \u00e9taient inad\u00e9quats et superficiels, impliquant des soudages qui ne faisaient que masquer les probl\u00e8mes visibles \u00e0 la surface des pales sans s&#8217;attaquer \u00e0 la cause premi\u00e8re. Cette approche n&#8217;a fait que retarder l&#8217;in\u00e9vitable, laissant le probl\u00e8me sous-jacent s&#8217;aggraver.<\/p>\n<p>Ce probl\u00e8me n&#8217;ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9 pendant longtemps, il a persist\u00e9, transformant la base des lames, qui \u00e9tait rectangulaire et solide, en une structure fine et instable en forme de V. Cette modification a entra\u00een\u00e9 l&#8217;accumulation et la circulation des d\u00e9chets non broy\u00e9s dans l&#8217;espace situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la base, au lieu de leur broyage comme pr\u00e9vu. Les d\u00e9chets non broy\u00e9s s&#8217;accumulent et circulent dans l&#8217;espace situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la base au lieu d&#8217;\u00eatre broy\u00e9s comme pr\u00e9vu, ce qui endommage irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement la bo\u00eete de vitesses et entra\u00eene une forte augmentation des co\u00fbts de r\u00e9paration et du temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat global de la machine.<\/p>\n<p>Conscient de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de trouver une solution plus robuste \u00e0 son probl\u00e8me, JTC Welding &amp; Engineering a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de collaborer avec Welding Alloys. La solution propos\u00e9e impliquait une reconstruction compl\u00e8te du broyeur, en commen\u00e7ant par l&#8217;enl\u00e8vement complet des anciennes lames de l&#8217;arbre \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange de gougeage \u00e0 l&#8217;arc d&#8217;air et d&#8217;oxy-combustibles pour enlever les pi\u00e8ces us\u00e9es de l&#8217;arbre. JTC Welding &amp; Engineering a command\u00e9 de nouvelles lames et un nouvel outillage aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;un fabricant britannique. Brut de soudage Alloys a apport\u00e9 son soutien en fournissant le fil de rechargement le plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e2che. En outre, pour toutes les soudures d&#8217;angle en V, le client a utilis\u00e9 le fil fourr\u00e9 sans soudure ROBOFIL R 71+ de Welding Alloys, afin de garantir l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 maximales de chaque soudure n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration.
