Les mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9sents dans le broyeur avaient commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 provoquer de l\u2019usure abrasive sur le c\u00f4ne de rejet, entra\u00eenant l&#8217;apparition d&#8217;un petit trou \u00e0 la surface du c\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l&#8217;\u00e9quipe est revenue en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024, les dommages au c\u00f4ne de rejet s&#8217;\u00e9taient consid\u00e9rablement aggrav\u00e9s. Le trou s\u2019\u00e9tait agrandi et un trou secondaire commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 se former dans la zone de d\u00e9charge du s\u00e9parateur. Le client se devait de rapidement r\u00e9parer les dommages pendant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019arr\u00eat de l&#8217;usine afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter de prochains arr\u00eats et des dommages suppl\u00e9mentaires au c\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p>Welding Alloys a utilis\u00e9 les plans du client pour concevoir des secteurs destin\u00e9es \u00e0 r\u00e9parer les zones endommag\u00e9es du c\u00f4ne.
