Ces buses jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel en dirigeant le flux de mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du cyclone.<\/p>\n<p>Un cyclone est un \u00e9quipement cl\u00e9 qui utilise la force centrifuge pour s\u00e9parer les particules en fonction de leur densit\u00e9. Les mat\u00e9riaux plus lourds, tels que les min\u00e9raux pr\u00e9cieux, sont isol\u00e9s des d\u00e9chets plus l\u00e9gers, ce qui constitue une \u00e9tape cruciale dans le processus d\u2019extraction de l\u2019or.<\/p>\n<p>Le client, op\u00e9rant dans l&#8217;industrie de l\u2019extraction d\u2019or, cherchait \u00e0 augmenter la dur\u00e9e de vie de ses buses. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consistait \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un moule int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un moule en c\u00e9ramique alumine-basique. Le rev\u00eatement en c\u00e9ramique a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 selon les plans d\u2019origine du client et con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#8217;usure intense caus\u00e9e par l\u2019abrasion \u00e0 grande vitesse des particules en d\u00e9placement dans le cyclone.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde \u00e9tape impliquait de mouler la partie ext\u00e9rieure en polyur\u00e9thane autour du moule en c\u00e9ramique \u00e0 base d&#8217;alumine. Le polyur\u00e9thane est un mat\u00e9riau robuste et flexible qui prot\u00e8ge contre les chocs.
