Ces goulottes, essentielles au syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9chargement transportant le charbon vers le stock, pr\u00e9sentaient un probl\u00e8me commun : aucune documentation technique ou sp\u00e9cification du fabricant d&#8217;origine (OEM) n&#8217;\u00e9tait disponible. Cela est fr\u00e9quent dans des industries comme celle de l&#8217;exploitation mini\u00e8re, o\u00f9 les \u00e9quipements sont souvent d\u00e9pourvus de dossiers de conception d\u00e9taill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Par chance, le client nous a fourni un ancien ensemble de goulottes, ce qui nous a permis de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une r\u00e9tro-conception et d\u2019en fabriquer de nouvelles.
