Ce VRM \u00e0 six galets, essentiel pour le broyage des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la production. Comme tout \u00e9quipement essentiel, les temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat et la litmaintenance peuvent engendrer des co\u00fbts consid\u00e9rables et des pertes de production. Plus les arr\u00eats sont fr\u00e9quents, plus les co\u00fbts augmentent.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9parateurs, situ\u00e9s dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure du VRM, sont particuli\u00e8rement complexes et longs \u00e0 remplacer, ce qui augmente les temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat et les pertes de production. Il est donc crucial de prot\u00e9ger ces composants contre l\u2019usure avec des mat\u00e9riaux adapt\u00e9s et des solutions sur mesure. Chez Welding Alloys, nous proposons des rev\u00eatements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s qui am\u00e9liorent la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019usure tout en allongeant la dur\u00e9e de vie des \u00e9quipements et en r\u00e9duisant le co\u00fbt d\u2019usage.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque notre \u00e9quipe est intervenue, des am\u00e9liorations avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es par des concurrents par rapport au design d\u2019origine de l\u2019OEM. Le design initial utilisait un acier tremp\u00e9 et revenu de 400 Brinell d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur 8 mm (400 Q&amp;T), qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par de l\u2019acier de 500 Brinell et des mat\u00e9riaux standards en carbure de chrome. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 ces ajustements, les palles s&#8217;usent encore rapidement et doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es en moins de six mois.<\/p>\n<p>Welding Alloys Integra\u2122 a analys\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail les motifs d&#8217;usure des palles existantes. Sur la base de ces observations, nos ing\u00e9nieurs ont modifi\u00e9 le design pour int\u00e9grer notre mat\u00e9riau <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/fr\/services\/toles-dusure-tubes-et-composants\/toles-composites-anti-usure\/hardlite\/\">Hard<i>lite<\/i>\u2122<\/a> (2+2) ultra fin en configuration dos-\u00e0-dos, garantissant une protection avanc\u00e9e contre l&#8217;usure sur les deux faces des palles. Nous avons constat\u00e9 que le simple changement de mat\u00e9riau ne constitue pas toujours la meilleure solution. Chez Welding Alloys, nous mettons \u00e0 profit nos nombreuses ann\u00e9es de savoir-faire sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l&#8217;industrie pour concevoir la solution optimale en termes de design, de mat\u00e9riaux et d&#8217;installation.<\/p>\n<p>Les t\u00f4les Hard<i>lite<\/i>\u2122 (2+2) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9coup\u00e9es selon le nouveau design, soud\u00e9es en configuration dos-\u00e0-dos et install\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du s\u00e9parateur. Des inspections p\u00e9riodiques n&#8217;ont montr\u00e9 aucun signe d&#8217;usure. Le s\u00e9parateur fonctionne depuis 24 mois sans n\u00e9cessiter de remplacement ni de r\u00e9paration des palles, et il n\u2019y a toujours aucun signe d\u2019usure.<\/p>\n<p>Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122 (2+2) est un produit avec d\u00e9p\u00f4t soud\u00e9 en carbure de chrome (CrC) fabriqu\u00e9 par Welding Alloys, compos\u00e9 d\u2019une plaque de base en acier doux de 2 mm et d&#8217;une couche de CrC de 2 mm. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de soudage perfectionn\u00e9s, des automates de soudage et des consommables sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, la dilution est minimis\u00e9e et la r\u00e9partition des carbures est uniforme et finement dispers\u00e9e sur toute l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau. Ce produit est id\u00e9al pour la protection avanc\u00e9e contre l&#8217;usure dans les applications telles que les ventilateurs, les casings de ventilateur et les s\u00e9parateurs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
