L\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux ductiles ou tr\u00e8s ductiles type aciers au mangan\u00e8se ou aciers tremp\u00e9s est recommand\u00e9e (<a href=\"https:\/\/wa-produr.com\/dursteel-aciers-anti-abrasion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DURSTEEL<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wa-produr.com\/aciers-anti-abrasion-creusabro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CREUSABRO<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s qu\u2019un impact, qu\u2019il soit mod\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 tr\u00e8s important, est accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019usure combin\u00e9, il est important de mesurer l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019impact et de d\u00e9finir une solution qui r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 la fois au niveau d\u2019impact et \u00e0 cette autre probl\u00e9matique. Nous allons consid\u00e9rer deux types de combinaison\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Impact abrasion. Prenons l\u2019exemple du concassage de granulats. On peut avoir soit des granulats difficilement fragmentables car tr\u00e8s durs, et lorsqu\u2019ils se fragmentent ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent peu de fines (roches magmatiques\u00a0: exemple granit). Soit \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, on peut avoir des granulats facilement fragmentables qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent beaucoup de fines pouvant \u00eatre abrasives (roches s\u00e9dimentaires comme le gr\u00e8s ou encore le calcaire \u00e0 fort taux de silice). Les solutions \u00e0 apporter sont \u00e9videmment tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Impact temp\u00e9rature. Prenons l\u2019exemple d\u2019une forge. Un marteau pilon transmet de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 la matrice au moment de l\u2019impact. Cette matrice est \u00e9galement soumise \u00e0 une forte temp\u00e9rature. La temp\u00e9rature cr\u00e9e de la fatigue thermique et l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019impact provoque le d\u00e9placement de la mati\u00e8re dans la matrice cr\u00e9ant de l\u2019abrasion m\u00e9tal-m\u00e9tal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le bon moyen de d\u00e9finir une solution pertinente est de travailler \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9chelle impact abrasion ou impact temp\u00e9rature\/friction m\u00e9tal-m\u00e9tal permettant de placer l\u2019application au bon endroit. Ceci \u00e9tant pos\u00e9, une connaissance approfondie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliages permet de choisir la solution la plus adapt\u00e9e en fonction de la durabilit\u00e9 souhait\u00e9e. Les marteaux frappent la surface du produit \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grande vitesse, modifiant ainsi sa g\u00e9om\u00e9trie.<\/p>\n<p>La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du produit est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la forme des marteaux. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les marteaux sont de forme triangulaire et la partie terminale du triangle est plus ou moins angulaire. Au plus le diam\u00e8tre du produit forg\u00e9 (tubes ou barres) augmente, au plus le rayon des marteaux est important. Les chocs g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s sur la partie terminale des marteaux sont d\u2019autant plus destructeurs que l\u2019angle est petit. Cela s\u2019explique \u00e0 la fois par une faible r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et par une dissipation thermique plus faible et donc une mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature plus importante.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9gradation des marteaux intervenant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre dix et cent heures de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>La pression associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 forger ainsi que sa nature (acier \u00e0 outils, base nickel, alliages de titane) provoque une apparition rapide de fissures de fatigue thermique et une d\u00e9formation plastique de la zone de contact des marteaux.<\/p>\n<p>Seul l\u2019utilisation d\u2019alliage base nickel et une proc\u00e9dure parfaitement maitris\u00e9e permet de r\u00e9parer ces pi\u00e8ces pour leur donner une durabilit\u00e9 acceptable.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
