Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une D3 R3000 \u00e0 deux t\u00eates et une station de soudage.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la deuxi\u00e8me Roll Cladder de Welding Alloys que ce client ach\u00e8te. La premi\u00e8re achet\u00e9e \u00e9tait une D2 R3000 \u00e0 deux stations et \u00e0 deux t\u00eates, install\u00e9e en d\u00e9but 2010. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, le client d\u00e9marrait ses premiers travaux de remise en \u00e9tat et de rechargement dur par soudage sur ses rouleux de coul\u00e9e continue et laminoir \u00e0 chaud, utilis\u00e9s pour la production de l&#8217;acier. L&#8217;attention et le d\u00e9vouement du client ainsi que l&#8217;assistance technique fournie par Welding Alloys, lui ont permis d\u2019\u00e9tablir et de d\u00e9velopper son activit\u00e9, tout en fournissant \u00e0 ses clients aci\u00e9ristes des am\u00e9liorations pour r\u00e9nover et augmenter la dur\u00e9e de vie de leurs rouleaux.<\/p>\n<p>Leur machine D2 existante fonctionne toujours \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime. Cependant, face au succ\u00e8s que conna\u00eet ce client, une capacit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer la demande de leurs propres clients, en constante augmentation. En 2010 et en 2023, le client a \u00e9valu\u00e9 d&#8217;autres solutions que celles propos\u00e9es par Welding Alloys mais a reconnu les avantages de travailler avec nous plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;avec un autre fournisseur. M\u00eame si Welding Alloys n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas l&#8217;option la moins ch\u00e8re (bien que restant comp\u00e9titive), investir \u00e0 long terme dans une solution compl\u00e8te comme celle propos\u00e9e (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire avec des consommables de soudage sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l\u2019industrie\/application, des automates de soudage \u00e9galement sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l\u2019application et personnalisables, et un support technique in\u00e9gal\u00e9) comportait bien plus d\u2019avantages que les \u00e9conomies imm\u00e9diates que notre client aurait r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en optant pour une solution alternative.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle de cette acquisition s&#8217;est rapidement r\u00e9pandue sur le march\u00e9 des laminoirs nord-am\u00e9ricains. Le client a d\u00e9j\u00e0 constat\u00e9 une augmentation des demandes et des affaires, maintenant que sa nouvelle machine est install\u00e9e et op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
