La fabrication du verre lui-m\u00eame remonte \u00e0 plus de 6 000 ans, bien avant que l&#8217;homme ne d\u00e9couvre comment fondre le fer.<\/p>\n<p>Le verre est recyclable \u00e0 100 % et peut \u00eatre recycl\u00e9 plusieurs fois sans perte de qualit\u00e9 ou de puret\u00e9. Produire du verre neuf \u00e0 partir de verre recycl\u00e9, permet aux fabricants de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies car il faut moins d&#8217;\u00e9nergie pour fondre le verre; le verre recycl\u00e9 (calcin) fondant \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature plus basse.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus de recyclage du verre consiste \u00e0 broyer le verre en calcins \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de rouleaux broyeurs. Compte tenu de leur environnement de travail, les dents des rouleaux sont soumises \u00e0 l&#8217;usure en raison de l\u2019impact subi lors du broyage. Des dents de broyeur us\u00e9es r\u00e9duisent l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 globale de broyage du verre, l&#8217;\u00e9quipement n&#8217;\u00e9tant plus en mesure de broyer le verre \u00e0 la taille souhait\u00e9e. C&#8217;est pourquoi il est essentiel de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un entretien r\u00e9gulier de ces composants pour que les op\u00e9rations se d\u00e9roulent avec une efficacit\u00e9 et une efficience optimales. Sans cet entretien r\u00e9gulier, des temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat non planifi\u00e9s peuvent en r\u00e9sulter, ce qui augmentera les co\u00fbts de mani\u00e8re significative.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de Welding Alloys a \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9e par un client de l&#8217;industrie du recyclage du verre qui \u00e9tait confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me d&#8217;usure des dents de ses rouleaux de broyage. Le client rempla\u00e7ait les rouleaux pour \u00e9viter les probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;usure. Cette solution s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e ne plus \u00eatre rentable, il fallait alors trouver une autre solution pour am\u00e9liorer la dur\u00e9e de vie et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce.
