Notre objectif est d&#8217;optimiser le temps de fonctionnement et de r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt d\u2019usage (TCO).<\/p>\n<p>Un client tha\u00eflandais du secteur de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier et du papier a fait appel \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quipe Integra\u2122 de Welding Alloys Tha\u00eflande pour la remise en \u00e9tat d&#8217;une vis.<\/p>\n<p>Les vis de transport sont des composants essentiels pour le transport des copeaux de bois utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre du processus de biomasse dans les usines de p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier et de papier. Compte tenu de l&#8217;environnement d&#8217;exploitation difficile, la vis utilis\u00e9e dans cet \u00e9quipement est sujette \u00e0 l&#8217;usure par abrasion, ce qui a un impact significatif sur la dur\u00e9e de vie de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>La vis pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente avait subi une usure consid\u00e9rable. L&#8217;\u00e9quipe de Welding Alloys Tha\u00eflande \u00e9tait convaincue de pouvoir remettre le composant en \u00e9tat, tout en prolongeant sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n<p>La remise \u00e0 neuf a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e dans notre atelier de r\u00e9paration Integra\u2122, en s&#8217;appuyant sur des produits Welding Alloys de lutte contre l&#8217;usure de qualit\u00e9 et sur des techniques de soudage sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;usure du composant.<\/p>\n<p>La tige de la vis a \u00e9t\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par un rev\u00eatement Hardlite\u2122 2+2, notre t\u00f4le d&#8217;usure l\u00e9g\u00e8re qui offre une r\u00e9sistance extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion. Les ar\u00eates de la vis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recharg\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de notre fil fourr\u00e9 HARDFACE HC-O, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour augmenter la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion.<\/p>\n<p>En septembre 2023, deux ans apr\u00e8s la remise \u00e0 neuf, une inspection compl\u00e8te a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le taux d&#8217;usure du composant \u00e9tait faible et que la vis restait en bon \u00e9tat de service.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
