Se situant au centre des appareils de voie, il a pour objectif d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 des itin\u00e9raires qui se croisent. De par sa fonction, le c\u0153ur de voie est soumis \u00e0 des contraintes importantes telles que les fortes charges\/pressions et les impacts, entra\u00eenant des usures de type d\u00e9formation et arrachement.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois l\u2019usure constat\u00e9e, ces composants peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9s sur site, suivant une proc\u00e9dure de soudage bien pr\u00e9cise. L\u2019objectif premier \u00e9tant de reconstituer la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie souhait\u00e9e par soudage \u00e0 l\u2019arc \u00e9lectrique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de mati\u00e8re, pour ensuite proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une op\u00e9ration de profilage par meulage avant remise en service.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, lorsque le c\u0153ur de voie a subi plusieurs r\u00e9parations sur site, une nouvelle op\u00e9ration de soudage \u00e0 l\u2019arc n\u2019est alors plus tol\u00e9r\u00e9e par le gestionnaire du r\u00e9seau par crainte d\u2019avoir trop d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9 les caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques initiales du c\u0153ur (en raison des diff\u00e9rents cycles thermiques induits par les op\u00e9rations de soudage). Le c\u0153ur us\u00e9 est alors rebut\u00e9 (pour \u00eatre recycl\u00e9) et remplac\u00e9 par un neuf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA FABRICATION ADDITIVE POURRAIT PERMETTRE DE REPENSER LE CYCLE DE VIE DE CES COEURS DE VOIE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici maintenant quelques dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es que l\u2019impression m\u00e9tallique 3D est utilis\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s dans l\u2019industrie, et ce avec diff\u00e9rents proc\u00e9d\u00e9s (arc, laser, etc.). Ces technologies de fabrication permettent d\u2019\u00e9laborer des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9trie bien souvent complexe, par ajouts de mati\u00e8re et superpositions de couches.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle mani\u00e8re de concevoir et fabriquer ouvre le champ des possibilit\u00e9s en apportant des avantages non n\u00e9gligeables en mati\u00e8re de temps de r\u00e9alisation, mais aussi de co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet article, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 repose sur l\u2019utilisation du soudage par faisceau laser avec m\u00e9tal d\u2019apport sous forme de fil fourr\u00e9. Commun\u00e9ment d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par les acronymes WLAM (Wire Laser Additive Manufacturing) ou Ded-Clad-w (Wire Directed Energy Deposition), ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 fondre \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un faisceau laser focalis\u00e9 un fil de m\u00e9tal, afin de constituer un d\u00e9p\u00f4t dont les dimensions sont compl\u00e8tement ma\u00eetris\u00e9es. Cette technique hautement productive est utilis\u00e9e pour fabriquer des pi\u00e8ces de grandes dimensions (plusieurs m\u00e8tres).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilisation d\u2019un fil fourr\u00e9 \u00e0 poudre m\u00e9tallique va permettre de gagner en productivit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une fusion beaucoup plus rapide du m\u00e9tal d\u2019apport (l\u2019enveloppe tubulaire d\u2019un fil fourr\u00e9 fond plus rapidement qu\u2019une section pleine de fil plein). Il sera aussi possible d\u2019adapter et ajuster la chimie du m\u00e9tal d\u00e9pos\u00e9 en travaillant sur la formule de fabrication du fil (tout en restant sur des quantit\u00e9s de fabrication de lot raisonnable).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>La reconstruction \u2013 alternative respectueuse de l\u2019environnement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La reconstruction par fabrication additive WLAM permet de prolonger le cycle de vie du c\u0153ur. Ainsi, au lieu de retourner dans une aci\u00e9rie pour \u00eatre recycl\u00e9, le c\u0153ur pourra \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement reconditionn\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un atelier sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 supprimer la partie du c\u0153ur affect\u00e9e par l\u2019usure, en s\u2019assurant d\u2019atteindre la mati\u00e8re d\u2019origine saine et non affect\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s avoir contr\u00f4l\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal de base du c\u0153ur restant, une capture 3D est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un outil de m\u00e9trologie portable. Cela permet de simuler la strat\u00e9gie de fabrication additive laser fil pour ainsi reconstruire la forme originale du c\u0153ur. Il restera alors \u00e0 appliquer la proc\u00e9dure de soudage ad\u00e9quate (param\u00e8tres, cycles thermiques, etc.) afin de superposer les couches n\u00e9cessaires d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 optimale suivant la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie souhait\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>La conception nouvelle \u2013 alternative technico-\u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c0 ce jour, les c\u0153urs de voie sont des pi\u00e8ces de fonderie ayant une composition chimique qui varie en fonction des r\u00e9seaux et des besoins.
