\u00e0 charbon VRM d&#8217;une centrale \u00e9lectrique locale pour une prestation de rechargement dur. Notre solution de protection contre l\u2019usure Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122 ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 ses preuves sur les composants de broyage, la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise de fournir 3 rouleaux, soud\u00e9s avec cette solution.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9quipe WA Integra\u2122 de WAFE a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le rechargement des rouleaux et, une fois le projet men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien, les rouleaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inspect\u00e9s, mesur\u00e9s et renvoy\u00e9s au client pour installation.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;installation s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e comme pr\u00e9vu et les broyeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en service vers la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019. Environ un an (7 000 heures) plus tard, le client a de nouveau contact\u00e9 WAFE pour effectuer la prestation habituelle de rechargement dur annuelle. Apr\u00e8s inspection et mesure, seuls les rouleaux qui n\u2019avaient pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 recharg\u00e9s avec notre solution Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soud\u00e9s par rechargement dur. Aucune intervention n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e sur les rouleaux Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122 en service car leur taux d\u2019usure \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s faible \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Les rouleaux Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122 pr\u00e9sentaient un profil d&#8217;usure lisse et r\u00e9gulier avec une usure bien moins importante par rapport aux autres rouleaux.
