La SMK est suffisamment robuste et compacte pour permettre aux sucreries de r\u00e9parer leurs cylindres pendant le broyage, \u00e9liminant ainsi les co\u00fbts induits par le retrait des cylindres et les efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires. Pour plus de protection, les sucreries &#8211; ou les sites qui pr\u00e9sentent des contraintes d\u2019espace &#8211; peuvent \u00e9galement utiliser des \u00e9lectrodes pour souder pendant le broyage les cylindres difficiles d\u2019acc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois termin\u00e9s, les cylindres r\u00e9nov\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en service dans un \u00e9tat meilleur qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019origine, et sont rest\u00e9s en service sans aucun probl\u00e8me pendant quatre cycles de broyage suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>En utilisant nos \u00e9lectrodes et fils de rechargement dur Max Extract et Max Extract PLUS, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019usure des cylindres a augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du broyage a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re exponentielle.
