Je suis handicap\u00e9 de la hanche gauche mais cela ne m&#8217;a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 d&#8217;accomplir mes t\u00e2ches quotidiennes. J&#8217;aimais \u00eatre femme de m\u00e9nage mais les RH ont d\u00e9tect\u00e9 que j\u2019avais d\u2019autres capacit\u00e9s. Ils m&#8217;ont demand\u00e9 de remplacer la r\u00e9ceptionniste au standard t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique et m&#8217;ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de repasser mon baccalaur\u00e9at. J&#8217;ai suivi leurs conseils et ainsi repass\u00e9 mon bac et cela m&#8217;a ouvert des portes ; j&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 promue assistante de contr\u00f4le des stocks. L&#8217;entreprise a pay\u00e9 mon cours \u00e0 NDJ pour suivre un cours d&#8217;administration des affaires qui m&#8217;a beaucoup aid\u00e9. J&#8217;ai re\u00e7u une formation sur JDE et sur l&#8217;informatique, et j&#8217;ai b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&#8217;un grand soutien de la part de la direction. Il n&#8217;est pas facile de passer d&#8217;un poste de femme de m\u00e9nage \u00e0 un poste n\u00e9cessitant des comp\u00e9tences informatiques. Gr\u00e2ce au soutien de la direction et de mes coll\u00e8gues, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9ussi. Cinq ans plus tard, j&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 promu au poste d&#8217;acheteur junior. Gr\u00e2ce au soutien et \u00e0 la formation, je peux maintenant faire des achats sur NetSuite et je peux traiter et n\u00e9gocier de meilleurs prix avec les fournisseurs.\u00a0 Je peux travailler sous pression et m&#8217;assurer que les employ\u00e9s portent toujours les bons EPI. Je g\u00e8re les magasins et je travaille avec les employ\u00e9s de l&#8217;usine car ils sont ma priorit\u00e9. Je dois veiller \u00e0 ne pas manquer d&#8217;EPI et de consommables. J&#8217;\u00e9tudie maintenant \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Afrique du Sud. Je cite d\u00e9sormais Welding Alloys South Africa comme ma maison.
