Notre fondateur, Dr. Jan J.K. Stekly, \u00e9tait un homme d&#8217;affaires engag\u00e9 et un m\u00e9tallurgiste (PhD Cambridge), qui a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&#8217;int\u00e9resser aux fils fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs d\u00e9buts, dans les ann\u00e9es 1960.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kyo36uhi-cf9642da103f7839626f13fef30fc550 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est n\u00e9e en 1966, lorsque Jan, avec le soutien de son \u00e9pouse Cathy, a lanc\u00e9 son activit\u00e9 et a construit son premier broyeur \u00e0 flux de soudure dans un modeste b\u00e2timent agricole situ\u00e9 dans le village de Fowlmere, en Angleterre. Cette activit\u00e9 a rencontr\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat, ce qui a permis \u00e0 Jan de se diversifier rapidement dans la production de fils de rechargement dur, domaine qui deviendra le fer de lance d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 innovante \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent d\u00e9crit comme un citoyen du monde sociable et polyglotte, Jan n\u2019a eu de cesse de d\u00e9ployer nos activit\u00e9s de production sur de nouveaux continents, en s\u2019installant dans des sites et pays vari\u00e9s, dotant ainsi l\u2019entreprise d\u2019un solide avantage concurrentiel. Aujourd\u2019hui, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est dirig\u00e9e par le fils de Jan, Dominic Stekly, qui continue de porter la culture et les valeurs exceptionnelles d\u2019innovation et d\u2019orientation client instaur\u00e9es il y a plus de 60 ans par son p\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
