El trabajo consisti\u00f3 en la reparaci\u00f3n y el revestimiento de los rodillos de arrastre y apriete superior e inferior utilizados en la l\u00ednea de laminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los rodillos de arrastre y apriete desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental en el proceso de laminaci\u00f3n en caliente, ya que gu\u00edan y controlan la bobina de acero a medida que avanza por la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n. Al operar en altas temperaturas y bajo cargas mec\u00e1nicas, estos componentes est\u00e1n expuestos a un desgaste severo. Para mantener el rendimiento y la eficiencia de la producci\u00f3n, es imprescindible contar con una protecci\u00f3n eficaz contra el desgaste y realizar reacondicionamientos peri\u00f3dicos.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto consisti\u00f3 en el reacondicionamiento y el revestimiento inoxidable de los rodillos de arrastre y apriete tanto superiores como inferiores, proceso cuidadosamente controlado, dise\u00f1ado para devolverles el perfil requerido y mejorar al mismo tiempo su resistencia al desgaste.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso incluy\u00f3 la inspecci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de la superficie del rodillo, seguidas de un mecanizado previo y ensayos no destructivos. Tras el precalentamiento, se aplicaron varias capas de soldadura utilizando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/es\/application\/material-de-soldadura-para-recargue-duro-con-fundente-en-el-nucleo\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=EN+Steel+article&amp;utm_campaign=EN+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">consumibles de revestimiento<\/a> inoxidable de Welding Alloys para reconstruir y recubrir la superficie del rodillo. El tratamiento t\u00e9rmico posterior a la soldadura y nuevas inspecciones garantizaron la integridad del revestimiento inoxidable, antes del mecanizado final, la verificaci\u00f3n de la dureza y el balanceo din\u00e1mico, con el fin de volver a poner los rodillos en servicio.<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n de revestimiento inoxidable inclu\u00eda consumibles de Welding Alloys, combinando capas de amortiguaci\u00f3n, reconstrucci\u00f3n y resistentes al desgaste, dise\u00f1adas para funcionar en las condiciones operativas habituales de la producci\u00f3n de acero laminado en caliente.<\/p>\n<p>El seguimiento operativo de los rodillos reacondicionados ha arrojado resultados muy positivos. Las mediciones realizadas antes y despu\u00e9s de las campa\u00f1as de producci\u00f3n pusieron de manifiesto un desgaste m\u00ednimo, a pesar de haber procesado importantes vol\u00famenes de acero.
