El trabajo, realizado con el apoyo de otras filiales de Welding Alloys con sede en Am\u00e9rica, consisti\u00f3 en resolver importantes problemas de desgaste en los enfriadores de sat\u00e9lite. Un sat\u00e9lite, tambi\u00e9n conocido como enfriador planetario, utiliza varios tubos de enfriamiento dispuestos alrededor del horno giratorio. A medida que el horno gira, el aire enfr\u00eda el clinker caliente a su paso por estos tubos. Durante este proceso, los tubos est\u00e1n sujetos a desgaste. La reparaci\u00f3n se hizo necesaria despu\u00e9s de que se identificara un deterioro significativo durante el mantenimiento planificado del horno de clinker, donde el desgaste anormal afectaba a varios tubos enfriadores. La magnitud de los da\u00f1os requiri\u00f3 la sustituci\u00f3n completa de las doce unidades para restablecer el funcionamiento seguro y eficiente del horno.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de la soluci\u00f3n, el alcance del proyecto incluy\u00f3 el suministro de 42 placas antidesgaste <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/es\/servicios\/placas-antidesgaste-tubos-y-componentes\/placas-antidesgaste-de-material-compuesto\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> de 2+3 mm, junto a los servicios completos de fabricaci\u00f3n y montaje. Se seleccion\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/es\/servicios\/placas-antidesgaste-tubos-y-componentes\/placas-antidesgaste-de-material-compuesto\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> por su alta resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n y su construcci\u00f3n ligera, caracter\u00edsticas clave que lo hacen muy adecuado para las dif\u00edciles condiciones de funcionamiento del horno.<\/p>\n<p>La reparaci\u00f3n era urgente, lo que significaba que el plazo era ajustado y dejaba poco margen para retrasos. Para garantizar que el proyecto pudiera continuar seg\u00fan lo previsto, Reptec convoc\u00f3 a equipos de varias filiales de Welding Alloys para identificar las existencias disponibles, adquirir las placas necesarias en m\u00faltiples ubicaciones y reunir todo a tiempo para su env\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras las placas antidesgaste <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/es\/servicios\/placas-antidesgaste-tubos-y-componentes\/placas-antidesgaste-de-material-compuesto\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> estaban en tr\u00e1nsito, se iniciaron los trabajos preparatorios en un taller regional, donde se fabricaron las estructuras externas de los enfriadores sat\u00e9lite utilizando planchas laminadas de acero ASTM A-36. Este enfoque garantiz\u00f3 que la producci\u00f3n pudiera avanzar inmediatamente tras la llegada de las placas antidesgaste.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la entrega, las placas <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/es\/servicios\/placas-antidesgaste-tubos-y-componentes\/placas-antidesgaste-de-material-compuesto\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> se rolaron hasta alcanzar el di\u00e1metro especificado, se cortaron a medida y se conformaron en revestimientos internos, que luego se soldaron dentro de las carcasas exteriores prefabricadas para crear los tubos de refrigeraci\u00f3n totalmente revestidos. Los doce enfriadores de sat\u00e9lite se fabricaron desde cero, se completaron seg\u00fan lo previsto y se instalaron en el horno rotatorio.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto pone de relieve la capacidad combinada de los productos, la experiencia t\u00e9cnica y el apoyo coordinado de las filiales de Welding Alloys.
