A la luz del \u00e9xito anterior de Mill<i>Carb<\/i>\u2122 &#8211; nuestra soluci\u00f3n de desgaste avanzada para componentes de molienda, se tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de suministrar 3 de los rodillos soldados con esta soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de WA Integra\u2122 de WAFE llev\u00f3 a cabo el recargue duro de los rodillos y, una vez finalizado con \u00e9xito el proyecto, los rodillos fueron inspeccionados, medidos y devueltos al cliente para su instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La instalaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 seg\u00fan lo previsto y los molinos volvieron a ponerse en servicio a finales de 2019. Aproximadamente un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s (7.000 horas), el cliente volvi\u00f3 a ponerse en contacto con WAFE para llevar a cabo el recargue duro basado en el ciclo de soldadura anual. Tras la Inspecci\u00f3n y medici\u00f3n, se tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de volver a soldar \u00fanicamente los rodillos que no hab\u00edan sido recargados con nuestra soluci\u00f3n Mill<i>Carb<\/i>\u2122 , y devolver al servicio los rodillos Mill<i>Carb<\/i>\u2122 sin intervenci\u00f3n, bas\u00e1ndose en el escaso desgaste existente en ese momento.<\/p>\n<p>Los rodillos Mill<i>Carb<\/i>\u2122 presentaban un perfil de desgaste suave y uniforme, con aproximadamente un 50% de desgaste en comparaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s rodillos. Como demuestran las im\u00e1genes siguientes, esta avanzada soluci\u00f3n ofrece sin duda una resistencia superior al desgaste.<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es MillCarb ?<\/b><b>\u2122<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Mill<i>Carb<\/i><i>\u2122<\/i> es una aleaci\u00f3n cer\u00e1mica compuesta de matriz met\u00e1lica, totalmente reparable y soldada, que ofrece una soluci\u00f3n optimizada de protecci\u00f3n contra el desgaste de los componentes de molienda. Mill<i>Carb<\/i><i>\u2122<\/i> ha sido desarrollado en colaboraci\u00f3n con los L\u00edderes del sector de fabricantes de equipos originales de molienda y expertos en ciencia de materiales para garantizar un rendimiento \u00f3ptimo cuando m\u00e1s se necesita y est\u00e1 estableciendo nuevos est\u00e1ndares para las Industrias de molienda de cemento y carb\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los estrictos controles y el exclusivo proceso de soldadura de Mill<i>Carb<\/i><i>\u2122<\/i> dan como resultado un producto final de hasta 20 mm de espesor, incrustado con part\u00edculas de carburo cer\u00e1mico distribuidas uniformemente por todo el espesor del recubrimiento soldado. El tama\u00f1o, la forma, la composici\u00f3n y las t\u00e9cnicas de deposici\u00f3n de estas part\u00edculas se determinaron mediante un enfoque cient\u00edfico, combinado con pruebas en tiempo real que garantizan que la segregaci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas queda pr\u00e1cticamente eliminada.
