Welding Alloys UK replaced these sections of the lips using our <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/es\/servicios\/placas-antidesgaste-tubos-y-componentes\/placas-antidesgaste-de-material-compuesto\/hardlite\/\">Hardlite wear plate<\/a> and coated the entire wearing face with a wear-resistant compound, Boron Nitride.<\/p>\n<p>Boron Nitride was applied to the surface to not only provide a smooth finish but also offer further resistance to friction wear from the glass material as it filters past the plates during the process.<\/p>\n<p>We hope to see an increase in the lifespan of the part, which will lead to further productivity for the plant.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
