Dado el duro entorno operativo, el tornillo utilizado en este equipo es propenso al desgaste abrasivo, lo que afecta significativamente a la vida \u00fatil de la pieza. El tornillo preexistente hab\u00eda sufrido un desgaste considerable, pero el equipo de Welding Alloys Tailandia confiaba no solo en reacondicionar el componente sino tambi\u00e9n ampliar su vida \u00fatil. La reconstrucci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el taller de servicios Integra\u2122 de Welding Alloys, aprovechando los productos antidesgaste de primera calidad de Welding Alloys y los procedimientos de soldadura para mejorar la resistencia al desgaste del componente.<\/p>\n<p>El eje del tornillo se protegi\u00f3 con el revestimiento <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/es\/servicios\/placas-antidesgaste-tubos-y-componentes\/placas-antidesgaste-de-material-compuesto\/hardlite\/\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a> 2+2, nuestra placa antidesgaste ligera que ofrece una resistencia extremadamente alta a la abrasi\u00f3n.
