Sin embargo, una certeza innegable es que no intervenir a tiempo permite que el desgaste empeore, lo que puede tener consecuencias sustanciales para la integridad general de las redes ferroviarias.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su invenci\u00f3n en la d\u00e9cada de 1940, la soldadura por arco sumergido se ha utilizado ampliamente por varias razones: el aumento de la productividad con una alta tasa de deposici\u00f3n, la excelente calidad de la soldadura, la facilidad de uso y el hecho de que la automatizaci\u00f3n proporciona una buena trazabilidad y control de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Bas\u00e1ndose en un conocimiento exhaustivo del tipo de desgaste que se produce en las v\u00edas de trenes ligeros y en las ventajas del proceso de soldadura por arco sumergido, Welding Alloys ofrece una soluci\u00f3n completa para el mantenimiento de las redes de tranv\u00eda y metro. En cambio, en un alambre s\u00f3lido la corriente recorre toda la secci\u00f3n transversal del alambre. Por ello, los alambres tubulares ofrecen dos ventajas principales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para una corriente determinada, un alambre tubular tendr\u00e1 una tasa de deposici\u00f3n mayor que un alambre macizo<\/li>\n<li>Para una tasa de deposici\u00f3n determinada, un alambre tubular tendr\u00e1 un aporte t\u00e9rmico inferior al de un alambre macizo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reparaci\u00f3n in situ de carriles ranurados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El mantenimiento de las redes urbanas se realiza principalmente durante la noche, en un plazo breve y predeterminado. La eficiencia es primordial ya que los operarios deben soldar una cantidad determinada de metros lineales en aceros dif\u00edciles de soldar a menudo caracterizados por un alto equivalente en carbono. Otros factores externos que tambi\u00e9n pueden afectar al mantenimiento de los rieles son los niveles variables de humedad y la temperatura ambiente.
