Se trata de una operaci\u00f3n a gran escala con un n\u00famero combinado de 50 turbinas entre los dos emplazamientos.\u00a0 El cliente realizaba reparaciones de las turbinas cada tres a\u00f1os, para contrarrestar el importante desgaste que sufr\u00edan los equipos. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, se aplicaron varias soluciones, pero la vida \u00fatil segu\u00eda siendo la misma, lo que supuso una decepci\u00f3n para el cliente, a quien los proveedores aseguraban un mejor rendimiento.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close flex column wrapper. En pocas palabras, las reparaciones de las turbinas requerir\u00edan 1,5 toneladas de alambre de soldadura especial para completar el trabajo, lo que a\u00f1adir\u00eda gastos significativos a una operaci\u00f3n ya de por s\u00ed costosa.<\/p>\n<p>Durante nuestra auditor\u00eda de desgaste y el an\u00e1lisis de los equipos y el entorno, llegamos a la conclusi\u00f3n de que el alambre utilizado para reparar las turbinas no era adecuado para combatir la cavitaci\u00f3n y la erosi\u00f3n, de ah\u00ed las importantes p\u00e9rdidas de metal. En primer lugar, CAVITALLOY, que es un alambre con n\u00facleo met\u00e1lico, dise\u00f1ado exclusivamente para luchar contra la cavitaci\u00f3n y la erosi\u00f3n que presenta un dep\u00f3sito libre de escoria. Y en segundo lugar, CHROMECORE M 410NiMo, que tambi\u00e9n es un alambre tubular con n\u00facleo met\u00e1lico dise\u00f1ado para ser f\u00e1cil de soldar, sin defectos y con un dep\u00f3sito libre de escoria. Tambi\u00e9n requiere menos precalentamiento en comparaci\u00f3n con los alambres est\u00e1ndar, todo ello combinado para reducir dr\u00e1sticamente el tiempo de soldadura.<\/p>\n<p>Dado que CAVITALLOY no requiere tratamiento t\u00e9rmico posterior a la soldadura, el cliente pudo beneficiarse de una reducci\u00f3n del tiempo empleado en proyectos de reparaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento. Sin embargo, el resultado m\u00e1s significativo de la soluci\u00f3n fue un aumento de la vida \u00fatil de hasta 10 veces, en comparaci\u00f3n con las aleaciones est\u00e1ndar utilizadas en la
