Determinaron que el entorno de trabajo era altamente corrosivo debido a que la estrella estaba siendo expuesta a \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico diluido con agua con pH1 y \u00e1cido fluorh\u00eddrico diluido en agua\u00a0 con pH3. Esto estaba provocando un r\u00e1pido deterioro de los brazos de la estrella en tan s\u00f3lo un periodo de 7 &#8211; 10 d\u00edas de uso diario, lo cual era extremo pero de ning\u00fan modo el peor nivel de corrosi\u00f3n con el que se han encontrado nuestros expertos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras un minucioso an\u00e1lisis por parte de nuestros t\u00e9cnicos, \u00e9stos documentaron sus hallazgos y propusieron dos soluciones viables para tratar el excesivo desgaste experimentado en la estrella trituradora. Se ha demostrado que esta opci\u00f3n prolonga enormemente la vida \u00fatil de las estrellas trituradoras en la industria de los fertilizantes y reduce al m\u00ednimo los efectos del desgaste.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el cliente opt\u00f3 por proceder a la reparaci\u00f3n de la estrella trituradora original mediante el uso de nuestro alambre Cast NICI como capa intermedia y el acabado con nuestro alambre HARDFACE NICARBW, que presenta un dep\u00f3sito compuesto que contiene part\u00edculas de carburo de tungsteno en una matriz de n\u00edquel-boro-silicio. Este producto ha demostrado ser muy eficaz cuando la abrasi\u00f3n y la corrosi\u00f3n son mecanismos combinados de desgaste y se utiliza en muchos de nuestros proyectos dentro de la industria de los fertilizantes. Este alambre en particular est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado con granos de carburo de wolframio incrustados en una matriz resistente a la corrosi\u00f3n, a base de n\u00edquel, para una m\u00e1xima protecci\u00f3n contra la corrosi\u00f3n. La superficie del alambre se vuelve rugosa bajo los efectos del desgaste, lo que protege el dep\u00f3sito del ataque de part\u00edculas m\u00e1s gruesas.<\/p>\n<p>La estrella reci\u00e9n reparada y protegida se puso de nuevo en uso, con lo que la vida \u00fatil duplic\u00f3 al de la estrella original, pasando de 7 &#8211; 10 d\u00edas a 20 &#8211; 25 d\u00edas.
