La detecci\u00f3n del punto de falla suele ser demasiado tarde para evitar el derrame de material y el tiempo de inactividad no planificado. Durante el transporte de materiales peligrosos y contaminantes, las implicaciones de una falla pueden tener consecuencias catastr\u00f3ficas para la salud, la seguridad y el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Para estos sectores de alto riesgo, nuestros sensores de monitorizaci\u00f3n del desgaste de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para ofrecer una detecci\u00f3n del grosor del revestimiento en tiempo real y est\u00e1n incrustados en el revestimiento cer\u00e1mico. Los sensores alertan a la planta y a los operarios cuando se desgastan hasta el grosor de revestimiento preestablecido. Este es un nivel en el que el revestimiento cer\u00e1mico se ha vuelto demasiado fino para seguir operando o puede ser un nivel establecido para proporcionar un sistema de alerta temprana.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros ingenieros de servicio de Integra pueden entonces reparar el revestimiento cer\u00e1mico de la pieza para devolverlo a su perfil original, en lugar de sustituir la tuber\u00eda que se ha da\u00f1ado sin posibilidad de reparaci\u00f3n.
