Nuestros cauchos tambi\u00e9n reducen los atascos que se producen en muchos componentes industriales, como los conductos y las tolvas, donde el material h\u00famedo puede adherirse a la superficie y acumularse con el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Placas de desgaste de caucho<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las placas lisas revestidas de caucho est\u00e1n disponibles en anchos de hasta 1300 mm, en longitudes de hasta 2000 mm y en espesores totales de hasta 100 mm. Se puede suministrar una placa de apoyo de acero con un grosor que var\u00eda de 3 mm en adelante, dependiendo del grosor del caucho y\/o de la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Placas de desgaste Rub-Cer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un producto compuesto que combina una superficie muy resistente al desgaste de gr\u00e1nulos cil\u00edndricos de cer\u00e1mica (al\u00famina) aglutinados dentro de un sustrato de caucho resistente. La superficie cer\u00e1mica extremadamente dura proporciona una resistencia excepcional al desgaste, mientras que las propiedades el\u00e1sticas del caucho amortiguan las fuerzas de impacto.<\/p>\n<p>Dado que cada gr\u00e1nulo de cer\u00e1mica est\u00e1 completamente rodeado por el caucho, se potencian a\u00fan m\u00e1s las ya extraordinarias propiedades de resistencia al desgaste de la superficie cer\u00e1mica. El aumento de la vida \u00fatil del revestimiento puede variar de 4 a 12 veces, seg\u00fan la aplicaci\u00f3n. La sustituci\u00f3n de los revestimientos convencionales en zonas de dif\u00edcil acceso puede ser costosa y requerir mucho tiempo, las p\u00e9rdidas de producci\u00f3n pueden superar f\u00e1cilmente el coste de una placa de desgaste. Nuestros resultados han demostrado que el aumento de la vida \u00fatil del revestimiento conseguido mediante el uso de las placas de desgaste Rub-Cer, compensar\u00e1 con creces el coste adicional de las placas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Placas de desgaste de caucho perfiladas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hay muchas aplicaciones en las que el flujo de material golpea la superficie de desgaste en \u00e1ngulos cerrados. Esto reduce el efecto amortiguador de la goma, lo que provoca un aumento de la tasa de desgaste.
