Barmac\u00ae VSI-Brecher sind Vertikal-Prallbrecher, die unter anderem zur Aufbereitung von Zuschlagstoffen f\u00fcr die Asphaltproduktion eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Herstellung von Hochleistungsasphalt verwendet das Unternehmen unter anderem aufbereitete Stahlschlacke als Zuschlagstoff.\u00a0 Die Wiederverwendung dieses Materials unterst\u00fctzt einen nachhaltigeren Ansatz im Stra\u00dfenbau. Gleichzeitig stellen die hohe Dichte und die stark abrasiven Eigenschaften der Schlacke hohe Anforderungen an die eingesetzten Brech- und Aufbereitungsanlagen und deren Verschlei\u00dfteile.<\/p>\n<h2>Grenzen der bisherigen Konstruktion<\/h2>\n<p>Die urspr\u00fcngliche Rotorplatte bestand aus verschlei\u00dffestem Stahl und wurde zus\u00e4tzlich durch angeschwei\u00dfte Verschlei\u00dfbl\u00f6cke (Chocky Blocks) sowie Hartauftragungen gesch\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Konstruktion hatte jedoch einen entscheidenden Nachteil: Die aufgeschwei\u00dften Elemente erzeugten eine unebene Oberfl\u00e4che. W\u00e4hrend des Betriebs konnten rotierende Verschlei\u00dfteile an diesen Erhebungen h\u00e4ngen bleiben. Dadurch wurde die Rotorplatte wiederholt besch\u00e4digt, verformt und teilweise aufgerissen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Asphaltproduzenten f\u00fchrte dies zu mehreren betrieblichen Problemen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ungeplante Anlagenstillst\u00e4nden<\/li>\n<li>h\u00e4ufigem Austausch besch\u00e4digter Komponenten<\/li>\n<li>h\u00f6heren Kosten f\u00fcr Ersatzteile und Wartung<\/li>\n<li>geringerer Anlagenzuverl\u00e4ssigkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die neue L\u00f6sung musste daher zuverl\u00e4ssigen Verschlei\u00dfschutz mit einer ebenen Oberfl\u00e4che verbinden, damit die rotierenden Verschlei\u00dfteile nicht mehr an hervorstehenden Bereichen h\u00e4ngen bleiben und die Rotorplatte besch\u00e4digen.<\/p>\n<h2>Neue Konstruktion aus einem St\u00fcck Hardplate\u2122 100<\/h2>\n<p>Auf Basis der Analyse von Anwendung und Verschlei\u00dfmechanismen wurde die bisherige Konstruktion durch eine einteilige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleissbestaendige-platten-rohre-komponenten\/verschleissschutzplatten\/hardplate\/?utm_source=newsletter+article+fr&amp;utm_medium=barmac+rotor+article&amp;utm_campaign=wear+plate+article\">Hardplate\u2122 100<\/a><strong>-L\u00f6sung in der Ausf\u00fchrung 20+5 mm<\/strong> ersetzt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleissbestaendige-platten-rohre-komponenten\/verschleissschutzplatten\/hardplate\/?utm_source=newsletter+article+fr&amp;utm_medium=barmac+rotor+article&amp;utm_campaign=wear+plate+article\">Hardplate\u2122 100<\/a> ist eine Verbund-Verschlei\u00dfplatte f\u00fcr Anwendungen mit hoher abrasiver Belastung und moderater Schlagbeanspruchung. Die Ausf\u00fchrung 20+5 mm besteht aus einem 20 mm starken Tr\u00e4gerwerkstoff und einer 5 mm starken, chromkarbidhaltigen Verschlei\u00dfschutzschicht. Die harten Chromkarbide in der metallischen Matrix sorgen f\u00fcr eine hohe Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen abrasive Beanspruchung. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleissbestaendige-platten-rohre-komponenten\/verschleissschutzplatten\/hardplate\/?utm_source=newsletter+article+fr&amp;utm_medium=barmac+rotor+article&amp;utm_campaign=wear+plate+article\">Hardplate\u2122 100<\/a> erreicht dabei eine H\u00e4rte von 60\u201362 HRC.<\/p>\n<p>Der wesentliche Vorteil der neuen Konstruktion ist die <strong>durchgehend ebene Verschlei\u00dffl\u00e4che<\/strong>. Zus\u00e4tzliche Verschlei\u00dfbl\u00f6cke und Hartauftragungen sind nicht mehr erforderlich.
