Je nach Anwendung kann die Zusammensetzung im Inneren des Drahtes angepasst werden, um gezielte Eigenschaften wie eine bestimmte chemische Zusammensetzung und H\u00e4rte zu erreichen, wobei die Chemie des Grundmetalls und die Anzahl der aufgebrachten Schichten ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Technologie erm\u00f6glicht zudem die Entwicklung von F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten f\u00fcr eine breite Palette von Schwei\u00dfverfahren und Anwendungen, darunter den selbstgesch\u00fctzten und gasgesch\u00fctzten F\u00fclldraht f\u00fcr das Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen (FCAW-S und FCAW-G), das Unterpulverschwei\u00dfen (SAW) sowie das Laserschwei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>In den Industrien werden \u00fcblicherweise zwei Haupttypen von F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten verwendet: gefaltete F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten und nahtlose F\u00fclldrahtelektroden.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gefaltete F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten werden aus einem geformten Stahlband hergestellt, das vor dem Verschlie\u00dfen des Drahtes mit Pulver bef\u00fcllt wird. Diese versiegelte Bauweise tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme und die Wasserstoffaufnahme zu reduzieren, wodurch die Lagerstabilit\u00e4t, die Zuf\u00fchrungskonsistenz und die Schwei\u00dfzuverl\u00e4ssigkeit verbessert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bei F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten \u2013 ob gefaltet oder nahtlos \u2013 flie\u00dft der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil des Stroms durch die \u00e4u\u00dfere Metallh\u00fclle.
