Die Arbeiten umfassten die Reparatur und die Hartauftragung der oberen und unteren Klemmwalzen, die in der Walzstra\u00dfe zum Einsatz kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Pinch-Rollen spielen im Prozess des Warmwalzens eine entscheidende Rolle bei der F\u00fchrung und Steuerung des Stahlbandes w\u00e4hrend seines Durchlaufs durch die Produktionslinie. Da diese Bauteile unter hohen Anwendungstemperaturen und mechanischen Belastungen arbeiten, sind sie starkem Verschlei\u00df ausgesetzt. Um die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit und Produktionseffizienz aufrechtzuerhalten, sind ein wirksamer Verschlei\u00dfschutz und regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Instandsetzungen unerl\u00e4sslich.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt umfasste die Aufarbeitung und das Aufschwei\u00dfen sowohl der oberen als auch der unteren Klemmwalzen. Jede Walze durchlief einen sorgf\u00e4ltig kontrollierten Prozess der Reparatur und Plattierung, der darauf ausgelegt war, die Walzen wieder auf die erforderliche Form zu bringen und gleichzeitig die Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess umfasste die Inspektion und Vorbereitung der Walzenoberfl\u00e4che, gefolgt von einer Vorbearbeitung und zerst\u00f6rungsfreien Pr\u00fcfungen. Nach der Vorw\u00e4rmung wurden mehrere Schwei\u00dfschichten unter Verwendung von Schwei\u00dfzusatzwerkstoffen f\u00fcr die Hartauftragung von Welding Alloys aufgebracht, um die Walzenoberfl\u00e4che wiederherzustellen und aufzuschwei\u00dfen. Eine W\u00e4rmebehandlung nach dem Schwei\u00dfen sowie weitere Inspektionen stellten die Integrit\u00e4t der Plattierung sicher, bevor die Walzen vor ihrer Wiederinbetriebnahme einer Endbearbeitung, H\u00e4rtepr\u00fcfung und dynamischen Auswuchtung unterzogen wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Plattierungsl\u00f6sung umfasste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/application\/schweisszusatzwerkstoffe-fuer-die-hartauftragung\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=DE+Steel+article&amp;utm_campaign=DE+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">Schwei\u00dfzusatzwerkstoffe von Welding Alloys<\/a>, bestehend aus kombinierten Puffer-, Aufba- und verschlei\u00dffesten Schichten, die f\u00fcr die typischen Betriebsbedingungen der Warmwalzenproduktion ausgelegt sind.<\/p>\n<p>Die Betriebs\u00fcberwachung der \u00fcberholten Walzen hat sehr positive Ergebnisse geliefert. Messungen vor und nach Produktionskampagnen zeigten trotz der Verarbeitung erheblicher Stahlmengen nur minimalen Verschlei\u00df.
