Die Anwendung umfasste den Umbau von Walzwerkwalzen, die aufgrund von Verschlei\u00df durch Dauerbetrieb, hohe Belastungen und die abrasive Beschaffenheit des verarbeiteten Materials h\u00e4ufig regelm\u00e4\u00dfig repariert werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Mitglieder des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleisstechnische-dienstleistungen\/integra-dienstleistungen\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=DE+Integra+albania+mill+article&amp;utm_campaign=DE+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">Integra\u2122<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleisstechnische-dienstleistungen\/integra-dienstleistungen\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=DE+Integra+albania+mill+article&amp;utm_campaign=DE+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">&#8211;<\/a>Teams reisten nach Albanien, um zwei Walzen am Standort des Kunden zu reparieren. Im Rahmen eines geplanten Programms f\u00fcr die Wartung arbeitete das Team von Welding Alloys mit unserem regionalen Partner mit Sitz in Griechenland zusammen. Die Arbeiten wurden aufgrund von Leistungsproblemen eingeleitet, die mit fr\u00fcheren Reparaturen eines Mitbewerbers zusammenhingen. Diese hatten zu h\u00e4ufigen Ausbr\u00fcchen gef\u00fchrt und den Austausch einer der Walzen erforderlich gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Inspektion stellte sich heraus, dass sich eine Walze in einem schlechten Zustand befand und einer umfassenden Instandsetzung bedurfte.
