Er kombiniert die F\u00e4higkeiten des Schwei\u00dfers mit der Pr\u00e4zision und Wiederholgenauigkeit eines kollaborativen Roboters, wobei der Bediener die volle Kontrolle beh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/produkt\/flex-e-bot-cobot\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=DE+flexebot+article&amp;utm_campaign=DE+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">Flex-e-bot<\/a> wurde sowohl f\u00fcr den Einsatz in der Werkstatt als auch vor Ort entwickelt und unterst\u00fctzt den Schwei\u00dfer durch das Tragen und F\u00fchren des Brenners mit kontrollierten, wiederholbaren Bewegungen. Dies reduziert die k\u00f6rperliche Belastung und die Exposition gegen\u00fcber Hitze und D\u00e4mpfen und verbessert gleichzeitig die Konsistenz und Gesamtqualit\u00e4t der Schwei\u00dfnaht.<\/p>\n<p>Vor kurzem haben wir bei Welding Alloys Spain eine interne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/produkt\/flex-e-bot-cobot\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=DE+flexebot+article&amp;utm_campaign=DE+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">Flex-e-bot<\/a>-Vorf\u00fchrung veranstaltet, an der Kollegen aus ganz Europa teilnahmen. Im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung stand die Frage, wie das System Arbeiten der Wartung und Reparatur sowie kleine bis mittlere Produktionsl\u00e4ufe unterst\u00fctzt, bei denen Flexibilit\u00e4t und schneller Einsatz unerl\u00e4sslich sind.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vorf\u00fchrung begann mit der Installation des Systems und der magnetischen Verankerung in der N\u00e4he des Arbeitsbereichs, gefolgt von einer Einf\u00fchrung in den intuitiven Programmierprozess. Mithilfe des Touchscreen-Pendants und des handgef\u00fchrten Programmierflansches im Freilaufmodus wurden die Schl\u00fcsselpositionen direkt durch F\u00fchren des Brenners entlang des Bauteils aufgezeichnet. Dieser einfache, manuelle Lehransatz erm\u00f6glicht es geschulten Schwei\u00dfern, Schwei\u00dfbahnen ohne spezielle Robotikkenntnisse zu erstellen und zu modifizieren.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend demonstrierten wir typische Schwei\u00dfmuster, die bei Anwendungen f\u00fcr Auftragschwei\u00dfen verwendet werden, darunter Einzelraupen, Webmuster, Mehrlagen\u00fcberz\u00fcge und programmierte Formen wie dreieckige, quadratische und trapezf\u00f6rmige Bereiche. Diese Programme k\u00f6nnen gespeichert und abgerufen werden, wodurch konsistente Schwei\u00dfprofile bei wiederholten Auftr\u00e4gen und mehreren Komponenten gew\u00e4hrleistet sind.<\/p>\n<p>Typische Anwendungen sind das Hartauftragschwei\u00dfen von Verschlei\u00dfteilen wie Schreddermessern und andere wiederkehrende Reparaturaufgaben, bei denen das gleiche Auftragsmuster wiederholt wird. Durch die Gew\u00e4hrleistung einer stabilen Brennerbewegung und synchronisierter Schwei\u00dfparameter verbessert das System die Konsistenz der Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte und reduziert gleichzeitig die Erm\u00fcdung des Bedieners. Schnellere Einrichtung und wiederholbare Programmierungen tragen ebenfalls dazu bei, Reduzierte Stillstandszeiten zu erreichen und den Durchsatz in der Werkstatt zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Wie das automatisierte Schwei\u00dfen, das wir in unseren eigenen Werkst\u00e4tten integrieren, wurde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/de\/produkt\/flex-e-bot-cobot\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=DE+flexebot+article&amp;utm_campaign=DE+03%2F26+&amp;nc=1\">Flex-e-bot<\/a> entwickelt, um Schwei\u00dfer zu unterst\u00fctzen und nicht zu ersetzen.
