Im Fokus standen erhebliche Verschlei\u00dfprobleme an mehreren Satellitenk\u00fchlern.<\/p>\n<p>Satellitenk\u00fchler, auch Planetenk\u00fchler genannt, bestehen aus mehreren K\u00fchlrohren, die rund um den Drehrohrofen angeordnet sind. Sie sind ein zentraler Bestandteil der Klinkerherstellung im Zementwerk und direkt am Drehrohrofen installiert. W\u00e4hrend sich der Ofen dreht, wird der hei\u00dfe Klinker durch Luft gek\u00fchlt, die durch diese Rohre str\u00f6mt. Im laufenden Betrieb sind die K\u00fchlrohre starkem Verschlei\u00df ausgesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend einer geplanten Wartung am Klinkerofen wurde erheblicher Verschlei\u00df an mehreren Satellitenk\u00fchlern festgestellt. Der enorme Verschlei\u00df machte den vollst\u00e4ndigen Austausch aller zw\u00f6lf Einheiten erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Umsetzung lieferte Welding Alloys 42 <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleissbestaendige-platten-rohre-komponenten\/verschleissschutzplatten\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Hardlite\u2122<\/em><\/a> Verschlei\u00dfplatten in 2+3 mm und \u00fcbernahm zus\u00e4tzlich die komplette Fertigung und Konstruktion. <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleissbestaendige-platten-rohre-komponenten\/verschleissschutzplatten\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Hardlite\u2122<\/em><\/a> \u00fcberzeugte durch seine hohe Abrasionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und sein geringes Eigengewicht \u2013 ideal f\u00fcr die anspruchsvollen Bedingungen im Ofenbetrieb.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Reparatur zeitkritisch war, musste das Projekt innerhalb eines sehr engen Zeitfensters umgesetzt werden. Dank der gruppenweiten Vernetzung von Welding Alloys konnten verf\u00fcgbare Best\u00e4nde aus mehreren Niederlassungen in Nord- und S\u00fcdamerika kurzfristig zusammengef\u00fchrt und termingerecht versendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Parallel zur Lieferung der <a href=\"https:\/\/welding-alloys.zerobox.co.za\/de\/dienstleistungen\/verschleissbestaendige-platten-rohre-komponenten\/verschleissschutzplatten\/hardlite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Hardlite\u2122<\/em><\/a> Platten wurden die \u00e4u\u00dferen Strukturen der Satellitenk\u00fchler vorbereitet. Nach Ankunft der Platten erfolgten Umformung, Zuschnitt und Montage zu vollst\u00e4ndig beschichteten K\u00fchlrohren.
